Description

Gaia series sauté pan with triple reinforced internal non-stick Pfluon Eternum coating, particularly resistant to heavy use, and triple reinforced external coating, resistant to high temperatures.

Features

  • Ergonomic bakelite handle with wood finish for a stable grip and comfortable cooking
  • Stainless steel double bottom suitable for uniform heat distribution
  • Suitable for induction, electric, ceramic, and gas stoves
  • High resistance to scratches and abrasions
  • Dishwasher safe

Instructions for Use

  • Use low or medium heat for better performance of the cookware. High heat can cause damage that is not covered by the warranty.
  • Do not leave the cookware on the fire until the contents evaporate and do not leave it empty on a hot burner or gas flame.
  • Cook on a stove with a size equal to or smaller than the base of the cookware.
  • Allow the cookware to cool before cleaning to avoid warping. Avoid any extreme temperature changes.
  • Stains may occur on the inner surface of the cookware due to overheating or thermal shock. This is not a defect of the product.
  • Do not let fat or oil heat to the point of smoking, burning, or turning black.
  • Do not fill the cookware more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid splashing.
  • Do not store acidic, salty, or fatty foods in the cookware before or after cooking.
  • Do not use sharp kitchen tools on the inner non-stick surface of the cookware and do not cut food while it is inside the cookware.
  • Do not use metal sponges, wire, or harsh cleaners.
  • Never put cold water in hot cookware. Do not immerse hot cookware in cold water.
