2,000 years ago, Greek engineers created a unique mechanism that, after 25 years of study, proved to be an astronomical instrument of great importance. A set of 30 different gears provided information about the movements of the Sun, Moon, and planets in the Zodiac. This is the mechanism of Antikythera, the first computer in world history.
