  38 euros plus a deal until 22/7/2024 you won't easily find better. Strong. Sturdy. No comparison to 20 euro fans from supermarkets. The top part adjusts easily up and down with a click for each change in airflow direction. On setting 1, it blows strong air. It's not the easiest to install but not the hardest either. The video with the woman assembling it quickly doesn't show important details.
