Incredibly annoying sound at speed 3 and for small spaces in heat I wouldn't say it does a great job but it's okay for its money
Good performance, small in size, noisy on the second level. It goes down even below the horizontal level. Air flow angle 45 degrees
It has 3 power levels in the air, the 1st one produces a good amount, the other two are noisy for me compared to what it produces.
I uploaded the photo purely to show the volume compared to a 500ml water bottle.
Also, it only goes "up-down" and not right-left, if you want it to be rotatable.
I have it placed next to my screen, my fan.
The one I use is quiet and blows enough to cool me down without bothering me.

Purchased for €21 for office use, for that money I consider there is nothing better. Quality construction, aesthetically pleasing and satisfactory airflow. It is almost silent on the first setting, but on the other two it does make quite a bit of noise, to be honest. Of course, this is also relatively subjective, in the sense that it doesn't bother me, but it will definitely bother some others.
The best purchase I made in a fan! I got it for €21. Definitely worth its money! Powerful and sturdy. For me, the first in its category!
It arrived within 24 hours of ordering. I didn't want something bigger. On the first setting and on top of the desk, at a distance of 70 cm, it is more than enough. It's not completely silent, but if you're watching a movie or listening to music and it's on the first speed, you don't really hear it. I think it was a good purchase.

As for the positives, it is easy to clean. One screw, the "grill" is removed and the fan ("screwed" to unscrew).
We are talking about an excellent choice. I don't know what requirements those who complained about noise had (and scared me), but it is a fan with very reasonable noise, we don't expect it to blow only and not be heard. Of course, as the speed increases, so does the noise, but it is not annoying or loud in any way. Easy to transport, I take it to work and home and I am very satisfied with its power even at the lowest speed. Of course, the company provides a warranty. I recommend it.
Update after full use for 5-6 months (May-September). We are talking about a reliable and powerful fan. Its performance has not decreased at all. Very satisfied
For use on the first step (16w) at a distance of 1.5 meters for the office, it is perfect!!! and quiet!! On the other steps, the noise increases noticeably....
On the first setting, it burns 16w and makes almost no noise, but it is essentially for short distances. On the second setting, it is 24w and on the third setting, it is 33w. Of course, like all small fans, it significantly increases the noise on these settings, but it comfortably covers a small space. The quality is perfect and maybe the only downside is that it doesn't move left or right, but I knew that when I bought it. For what I wanted it for and for its price, 5 stars
The first fan does nothing, 0 air. The other two make more noise than air. We're talking about a lot of noise though, like working with a blender or something. It's not worth even 10 euros for me. A Chinese battery I had for 4 euros produces the same amount of air without any noise, far away

I got it on sale for 19 euros. It seems to be of very good quality construction and the motor is perfectly balanced, it doesn't produce the slightest vibration even at the 3rd speed. I had it on glass and it didn't move at all. I haven't opened it but it seems to have bearings instead of bushings that other fans have. I recommend it for one person. The plus is that it is small in size and a branded product.
EDIT: Well, the fan is holding up well and this is the 3rd summer.
Because I opened it to clean it, I can tell you that it indeed has bearings on its motor shaft and not bushings. This means that it is very unlikely to get stuck, just make sure not to let it catch the bear's dust... huh?. Also, the fluff will heat up the motor more and you don't want that. Clean it once a year, it's not difficult at all.
Also, because I see comments that it makes noise, I will tell you that in these dimensions it is logical to make noise. If you want a quiet one, get a larger fan with a bigger blade, but then you go to a different price. It has a 35W motor when the big cheap ones have a 40W motor and are also of poor quality. It's for one summer...
So, very honest for its price, and a tip. If you remove the front cover, the noise will be reduced but the airflow will also improve. Of course, be careful with your fingers afterwards, and if you have small children and pets, forget it for safety reasons!

Good fan. Small. Suitable for office. Quiet on the 1st level. Makes enough noise on the 2nd level and makes a lot of noise on the 3rd level. I use it on the 1st level in the morning and evening at a close distance and it cools me quietly. Power consumption on the 1st level = minimal. Purchase cost 25 euros.
Like all small diameter fans, it is noisy on the second and third power levels. However, it is superb on the first level. Nice, if it came in other colors it would be superb.
