I bought this because I have a problem with not drinking water and I wanted a thermal bottle to carry my drinks. It is the best purchase I have made. Where I used to not drink water, I now make drinks like chamomile tea, tilio, morning and evening 950+950 ml and I drink them. It keeps them warm for hours and I even have a problem where many times I put ice inside to break the temperature because it gets too hot. There is absolutely no negative aspect. Nothing has spilled, of course, I take great care because I don't want to see any scratches. It handles the heat excellently. We will see about the cold in the summer. Until then, we have time. Take it without fear, it is a great purchase that you will love. I wash it by hand with a brush and dish soap. So far, no odor.

It cannot be put in the freezer. If you put it in even once, it gets destroyed. At least that's what it says in the instructions when you first get it, something I didn't know before I bought it, since it doesn't say it anywhere.
Cleaning it is difficult, but the main problem is that the lid has a wheel for insulation from leaks, etc., which gets filled with dirt from the liquids you put in, and that's why you have to take it out every time to clean the lid (which is difficult to clean because nothing can fit in there), and believe me, the wheel doesn't come out easily... it requires a method and it's not something that can be done quickly. At least it should come out easily.
You can remove this wheel, and the lid still closes quite well without it, but there is a small leak.
Cleaning it is essentially difficult, that's the problem. Better than all the bottles/flasks I've seen on Skroutz, but it's a hassle to clean it every day. I prefer glass jars, but those can break, and that happened to me, so I tried this one, which also has quite good insulation, I would say. Many times it can feel warm on the outside when you touch it, and you think it will be warm inside... but it's cold when you drink from it. It doesn't "sweat" externally.

I wonder why it has so many good reviews, it is below average. They don't sell it as a liquid transport bottle, which it is perfectly fine as, because it doesn't leak. However, when you buy a thermos with double walls at this price, it is not possible for the ice cubes to melt after 3 hours, even in an air-conditioned room.

Because I don't like to evaluate a product if I don't have a comparison with other similar ones, I can responsibly tell you a few words about this thermos.
First of all, I own eight top-rated thermoses of different brands according to internet reviews.
Those that cost 45, 42, 40, and 35 euros are inferior to the Healthy Human (620ml) priced at 25 euros, and I say this with certainty because I have tested them by putting ice cubes and cold water at the same time to see which one would keep them longer (they do this on YouTube as well).
The result was that the Healthy Human came in second, very close to a top thermos for the Greek market and quite affordable (25 euros for 500ml, No 1 on Skroutz).
So why aren't both of them advertised on foreign sites, YouTube, etc.?
Could it be because they are better than those with many advertisements and high prices?
The Healthy Human is my favorite because, although slightly inferior to the first one, it has the advantage of a large mouth that allows you to easily put ice cubes and clean it more easily, while the other one with a narrow mouth is not convenient and has an amazing cap with stainless steel on the inside bottom!
I don't want to mention the No 1 because I believe you have understood who it is.
Therefore, for me, the top thermos for cold water according to what the Greek market provides us in terms of price and performance, the Healthy Human is highly recommended!!!!

It has two small (for me) disadvantages:
- In those with designs and not matte color, external wear appears/emerges much faster. After a year, the black matte looks almost new, while one of the marble designs has clearly lost pieces of the design in areas where the bottle rubs/hits more.

I use it for cold water. It keeps it cold for a long time, especially if you add a couple of ice cubes, it will definitely stay cold for much longer. The downside is that it has a "metallic" taste, more noticeable when it is at room temperature. It is less noticeable when it is colder. That's why I gave it a low rating considering its price. Compared to other thermoses, it is indeed good at keeping things cool, but the major drawback is that it leaves a metallic taste in the water. I hope it doesn't kill us...
Update: I must say that after a month of use, the metallic sensation in the water is no longer there! (Or did I get used to it?) I highly recommend it for use with cold drinks! And if you add a couple of ice cubes... it forgets to warm up!

1.5 months of use. I have only used it for cold drinks/water for now and it does indeed keep them cold for many hours, while it can keep them cool for 24 hours depending on how cold they were initially. The thermos has a capacity of 0.62 liters and has a diameter of approximately 7cm at its base. My experience is that it doesn't always fit in a cup holder, but it closes satisfactorily without any leaks, so there is no major issue.

It was tested, among other things, at a concert with beer and on a beach with 30+ degrees outside. The content remained cold (not frozen, we don't want that!) and you could drink it pleasantly until it finished. The handle is convenient for carrying. When empty, it weighs about 500g. It needs a long brush to be properly cleaned if you put something other than water in it. 4 stars because the spout is too big and if you're not careful when you drink, you get wet!
