By far the best nutritional yeast on the market. It is one of the few, if not the only one, that does not contain synthetic vitamins. I use it on eggs (boiled, omelette), on avocado, and on my cauliflower rice. It has an exceptional taste that reminds me of parmesan. I have bought this particular product many times and will continue to do so!
