Maybe one of the best nutritional tricks I have ever bought. BEWARE though, it is not 125 grams as it appears in the picture but 100 grams. I thought it was a mistake from the store, but three different ones that I have bought send you a package of 100 grams, saying that the company no longer produces 125g and the photo is old
Very tasty but do not rely on it for getting B12. It is a synthetic vitamin B12 supplement that obviously is not absorbed. I am writing this after consuming many boxes of this nutritional yeast and after blood tests. I hope the other B complex vitamins are natural. Next time I will try the plain or organic one.
