Although I have no comparison with another company in the same category (corn flour), I really liked this one from Antonopoulos Farm and I consider it very nutritious! I have bought it two or three times and I was satisfied!

I bought it because I read good comments here first, and because it is an organic product, so I decided to try it because until now I was eating Zea Achaiki.... I can say that I didn't like Zea Antonopoulos, it has a strange taste, not so natural... The Zea Achaiki that I have eaten several times is actually more delicious, it was the first Zea flour I had tried and I was impressed... Antonopoulos disappointed me, I thought I would like it more... Next time I will try from other producers

Excellent flour that by eating a little bit of the bread you make, you feel satisfied without getting bloated. I have been using it for years.
