Absolutely no chance with smooth soft plastics that it claims to cover (such as transparent tablecloths) even after 48 hours. It easily peels off, leaving fibers without sticking at all, even in the test where the surfaces were first sanded well with sandpaper for better adhesive bonding. In contrast, Bostic Gel Soft Plastics adheres incredibly strongly even on completely smooth surfaces (without sanding). I give it two stars instead of one because it will definitely work well on easier materials, but there are many adhesives that can do this.

I got it to glue depron, a type of expanded polystyrene (foam).
I am satisfied!
