It does its job extremely well. Its software is flexible and covers almost everything. The printer fully supports software from other companies as well.
It can be used for a wide range of applications, not just for printing receipts (which is maybe the only thing that it's a shame to assign it to).
It prints on a wide range of materials, such as vinyl labels, thermal paper, fabric, etc.
It works with or without ink ribbon. Of course, the use of an ink ribbon is recommended.
No maintenance has been needed for 5 years.
