Dosage

This particular product helped me lose a lot, and when I say a lot, I mean a lot of weight. However, that's not the point. Anyone who faithfully follows a diet program can lose weight. This one specifically teaches you to eat correctly based on medical science, not just nutrition science. Meals are divided into 3 instead of 5, aiming to allow insulin to return to normal levels. This way, you learn to eat at specific times and not overindulge. It keeps you satisfied for several hours, which is not easily found in a similar product (I have tried many).
Nice taste but it neither suppresses your appetite nor makes you lose anything since it has enough calories to cover your 1-2 meals that it is supposed to suppress your appetite (unless of course you would eat like a cow and consume 2-3 thousand calories in those 1-2 meals)

It really does what it promises, I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and the difference is already noticeable. I have a satisfying breakfast and substitute my lunch and dinner with this drink ×2. The taste is pleasant, like chocolate milk, but it contains lactose so it bloats me a little as I have a sensitivity. Anyone who thinks they haven't seen a difference should make sure they take the drink as directed: substitute 2 out of 3 main meals with the drink (4 scoops in 250ml of milk), make sure 4-6 hours have passed between meals, drink as much water as you can, and don't eat ANYTHING in between in order to keep insulin levels low. I'm deducting one star because it is filling for a drink but it doesn't suppress appetite, it takes effort to stick to the program and not eat in between. In other comments, it is mentioned that it has a lot of calories, which obviously is not true, and I have also spoken on the phone with the company for details about the product and the correct way to take it.
Two stars only for the taste (vanilla), otherwise it would be one. I don't know about the others, but when I drink it, I get hungry like a wolf after an hour, while before, when I had a toast with milk, it kept me better. What can I do, though? I will finish it because it's not cheap, 45 euros.
It does the job but not magically. It forces you to skip 2 meals when you would have lost weight anyway! On the positive side, it is extremely tasty, reminiscent of Hemo, and creates a feeling of fullness for a few hours.

First of all, let me say that I haven't reached my goal yet. I have been taking Prevent for a month and a half now and I am still completely satisfied. I have about 20 kilograms to lose in total. I have lost about 6 so far. I exercise vigorously three times a week and my lunches are not just grilled with salad. I intentionally do this because I want my body to not forget any food and not see its new diet as a chemical one. Otherwise, it doesn't make sense.
In the first phase, I started with Prevent Start. It has a wonderful taste and it really detoxified my body and prepared me for the next stage, which for me was Premium. Specifically, the chocolate flavor. The taste is fantastic (I drink it with almond milk because I have Crohn's disease and dairy products bother my intestines). Overall, I consider almond milk to be a safer and more flavorful option.
I feel that in combination with the exercise I do, everything that leaves my body is pure fat. I feel it in my clothes and in how my body is starting to shape up again.
I read somewhere about the cost aspect. I think if you roughly calculate what you eat from morning to night for about two weeks, you will end up with roughly the same amount.
I had already cut out my dinner a while before starting the drink, so this habit came quite easily to me. I didn't go crazy about the taste, maybe I got the shake instead of the slim. You lose a lot of weight quickly, but be careful with muscle loss! I noticed a significant decrease on the electronic scale, so definitely increase your muscle exercise while taking it and you will be super!

Tip
To help others a bit, it does not dissolve so easily. If you do it in a blender, it will come out very thick. If you do it in a shaker, it requires a good shake and at the end, mix it with a fork and transfer it to another glass to drink it. If you wait for about 10 minutes, it is even better

This way, you gradually decrease calories, and that's how proper diets work, meaning you decrease calories per week, for example. Usually, I also do some light exercise, and the results are definitely there.
