I bought it for cross-checking when the manual one I had started giving me significantly elevated pressure with 'crazy' fluctuations. On the contrary, the Omron gave normal and consistent results. After cross-checking at clinics and pharmacies, the Omron was proven right and the old one was sidelined. I don't have a long-term opinion, but as long as I used it, I was satisfied.
The blood pressure monitor that everyone should buy, as the size of the cuff in cheaper models (22-32cm) is not suitable for most people and only fits thin arms, resulting in overestimating the pressure in individuals with larger arms.
Quite a good blood pressure monitor, I have the impression that the measurement is more accurate than the previous one I had for the wrist. Unfortunately, the on-off button is exposed and is easily pressed when you put it in the storage case, resulting in it being activated. It requires a little attention here. It has the option of measurements for two different users, which is very convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend it.

4 stars for the...fake case that doesn't protect it at all and I would prefer if there was an on-off switch to close it, because the start-stop is easy to accidentally press, especially when you put it in or take it out of the case.

Be careful when buying, some are sold with a 5-year warranty from Omron and some (a little cheaper) with a 2-year warranty from companies that import it themselves.

Satisfactory accuracy for household use. Professional ones have a different design and sturdiness. Accuracy, of course, depends mainly on other factors such as the operator's experience and measurement conditions. It is quite user-friendly. The big question, as with all household blood pressure monitors, is how long it remains within the limits of the expected accuracy without needing calibration.
Finally, the cuff is NOT large enough for larger individuals. If you are a man who is not slim enough, ask to try it before purchasing.

To the company's credit, they haven't changed the type of transformer for the plug, so an old one that I had bought for the old M6 comfort OMRON in 2009 also worked on this device. In my opinion, this says a lot about the company's level.
Attention: The blood pressure monitor will not work well with rechargeable batteries. This happens because rechargeable batteries provide a voltage of 1.2 volts x 4 = 4.8 volts maximum. However, this is the minimum operating limit of the blood pressure monitor. As soon as they discharge a little, it will stop working because it has a minimum operating voltage of 4.8 volts. Regular alkaline batteries provide 1.5 volts x 4 = 6 volts, and until they discharge to 4.8 volts, they will have worked hundreds of times. Therefore, use it with regular alkaline batteries and don't be surprised that it will only work for a few measurements with rechargeable ones.

It was tested comparatively with a professional blood pressure monitor and had similar measurements. There is also an imitation available at a much lower price, so for some reason it will exist. The more expensive blood pressure monitors of the same company have more features than those I personally needed, such as pressure monitoring through an app, etc., which are suitable for very demanding users.
Good construction quality (made in Vietnam), the package does not include a power supply, there are no instructions in Greek. Easy to use, its measurements compared to a mercury one are almost the same. 3-year warranty from OMRON.
Quite affordable from a very experienced company in the field. Good wristband, not suitable for very slim individuals, as it is medium to small in size with durability over time, close to 3 months with daily use (at least 40 measurements on average per day). Quite high battery consumption, I recommend using rechargeable batteries. The menu is well-designed and user-friendly, with memory for the last measurements and a separate pressure history for two users. Deviations in measurements with digital sphygmomanometers always exist, I recommend in case of errors in measurements either repositioning or taking more than one measurement, especially for results that do not match the usual ones.
I imagine the measurements are accurate since they are taken at home and there is no white blouse syndrome.... I will try to have my wife measure me while wearing a white blouse
Very good blood pressure monitor, with a large cuff for fuller arms and so easy to use that even my mother, who is not good with machines, learned it immediately. I bought a second one for us.
It's not worth the trouble to get a more expensive one...
Just as an informative note (and this applies to all blood pressure monitors), in order to measure the pressure correctly, we should first sit calmly for 10 minutes and not talk while measuring... otherwise, we will all end up with a pressure of 22.. :P
