I didn't see any difference in weight, in fact I even gained some, but I did see a difference in cholesterol. Compared to last year, it decreased.

I have been using it for 1 month and I have already lost weight, along with a balanced diet (not a strict diet) and a little more exercise. It works like medication for diabetes.
