As the other buyers write, it is a bit annoying until you connect it, but it works very well. I use it with an LG TV and a Toyotomi air conditioner, both 15 years old, and I didn't need to make any adjustments, I just selected the brands and they connected directly.
Excellent device that does its job and more, but it takes some time for someone to understand its function. The only negative thing I have noticed is the very bad manual, as it doesn't help much in fully utilizing its capabilities.
Some points that need attention:
1. In order to connect, it is necessary to enter a WiFi network at 2.4Ghz. My provider had locked the option on the router to view the frequencies 2.4 and 5 as separate networks, so I couldn't connect. After a phone call with them, the problem was fixed. Note that a similar issue exists with various other smart devices that connect exclusively to 2.4.
2. When we have a "known" device, then we choose one of the many available saved profiles. For example, if you have a Samsung TV, you need to select which of the existing profiles corresponds to your device.
3. The most interesting feature is to replace the remote control of a device that is not available in the database. For example, I had an internet radio Grundig that is not available. After some experimentation, I realized that the solution is simple. You ask to create a DIY remote control and search for a type that matches yours (for example, I used a TV box remote control, brand other). Then, carefully press and hold the button you want to program (e.g. volume up) on your phone and instantly target the corresponding button on the remote control using the hub. With a little attention and practice, you will be able to copy any IR remote control you have.
4. Once a device has been added, it is possible to create scenarios, for example, "open the air conditioner every day at 3" etc.
5. Be careful not to use the physical remote control and the interface in the application in parallel as much as possible. If, for example, you raise the temperature on the air conditioner from the remote control, the app will not recognize it and will show you the wrong indication.
Finally, I would like to add that it is a very small and discreet device that goes completely unnoticed. In the photo I uploaded, it is next to a pencil to understand the size. Its range is very good, personally I have it almost hidden behind plants and it works fine.
In summary, the device is worth its money and more, but keep in mind that you will need to dedicate time to make it work properly.
For someone who is not familiar with technology, there are probably simpler solutions that may not do as much, but they do it more easily.

Flawless! Connected instantly to the TV and air conditioner. Connected to a 20-year-old hi-fi system and easily programmed all the buttons that weren't working. It even connected to a lamp without a good visual contact.

It was purchased to be used with a Toyotomi (10-year-old) smart air conditioner. It worked, however, it only has its basic functions (on/off, temperature mode, fan intensity, temperature adjustment). However, it can be programmed for any device that has an infrared remote control. It takes a little getting used to in order to set it up, but it's okay... Quite satisfied for the first day. We'll see in the future...

- If you can't find a device, you can "teach" it the frequency with the remote control.

It does what it says and with excellent range..!! I didn't expect it, but it's very good.. all the devices in the house have become smart. One of my best purchases when it comes to smart home accessories. It works with all the devices I have tested (10+ year old air conditioner) without any disconnections or glitches. It collaborates with Google Assistant and offers the same, if not more, options than the device's original remote control. Personally, the interface seems better to me than the genuine device's remote control, which I have almost stopped using. I highly recommend it.

I bought 2 for 15 euros. I have placed one in the living room and one in the bedroom to control two televisions and two A/C units.
By far one of the best devices in its category. I was afraid that the infrared signals wouldn't reach the devices since they are in the same room but don't have direct line of sight, but I was worrying for no reason. Instant activation either through Google Assistant (Google Home/Nest) or through the Smart Life app. I even programmed the Nova remote control and I can control it properly through the app.

Perfect. It remotely controls all the IR devices in the house. It can even read unknown devices. I use it to remotely control air conditioners, televisions, stereos, etc. However, it needs to be in direct line of sight with the devices it controls. For larger spaces, separate hubs are needed. I have had it for over 2 years without facing any problems. It connects with anything that has infrared, AC, TV remote, sound system, etc. Immediate connection with Google Home and through routines, you can do whatever you want.

The ultimate purchase! I control my Panasonic air conditioner and my Morris dehumidifier remotely, outside of my house. The device supports many brands and devices that you can control as long as they have line of sight because it works with IR, like our familiar remote controls, but it is controlled through the Nedis app or Google Home. Note that the air conditioner was on the device list, but the dehumidifier was not, so with a DIY function of the device, you can easily program any device by pointing the dehumidifier's remote control towards the Nedis device and pressing the button you want to be saved in Nedis each time. Within 10 minutes, I had saved all those buttons that are useful to me and I am ready.
I have had it for over a year and I control my air conditioner.
The remarkable thing is that even though its model (due to its age) is not included in those that are listed in the device's huge list, it gave me the ability to connect it via DIY, and it functions as an On/Off switch, which is enough for me.
