I am a person who loves sweet foods, rarely does something disappoint me. The coffee-stevia ratio I usually use is 1:2 to 1:2.5 and the result is neutral to sweet. I consume 500 grams every 10-12 days because I use it in various meals.

This particular product seems to have half the sweetness of Calderel, at best. It is inferior to similar products available in supermarkets - I do not recommend it.

I don't know how they have managed it, but it doesn't remind me of erythritol and I say it as something positive. Very good taste and aftertaste. The only negative is the price, but it is the best erythritol I have tried.

Best sugar substitute on the market if you ask me! I hate stevia for the after taste, this product tastes exactly like sugar with no after taste and you use it exactly the same way you use regular sugar. I made cookies with it and no one could tell the difference!

Amazing substitute for black sugar. Sweetness 1:1, absolutely no aftertaste (I hate stevia, I can't stand zero soft drinks either). If it had a lower price, I would use it everywhere, in pastry shops, etc. The 4 stars are only due to the price. (8.70€ per half kilo)
