The taste of it has nothing to do with any other brands I have tried. It is very flavorful and even though I couldn't cut down on sugar, this one helped me do it as it gives a very nice taste to the coffee. However, I haven't noticed any positive effect on my energy or health, which makes me skeptical about its effectiveness. Nevertheless, this is the third time I purchase it, because of the taste.

In the past, I had bought a melas from a supermarket that was disgusting and because it was a large jar, I didn't know how to finish it and eventually we threw it away because no one was eating it. Last year, I shopped at the organic store and they gave me this melas to try. I was a bit afraid of it, so the expiration date passed. Last year, I bought a stick on my own and I loved it!! I went and bought the regular size and started eating it as it says on the bottle. I did it more for its taste, however, because it has iron, I noticed that it helped me a lot with hair loss. When I washed my hair, I couldn't collect the hair in time and today I found that hair loss has been reduced by half!! I was combing my hair and occasionally 3-4 strands would come out on the comb. I used to put 250 gr of sugar in the cake, now I put 100 ml of molasses, which is half the amount. In general, I have replaced sugar with molasses everywhere (milk, tea, desserts) with the encouragement of my trainer. Honestly, I feel better. Our health above all!

For your information, blackstrap molasses is a byproduct of sugar, the residue during the sugar production process, which is why its taste and texture are like burnt petroleum, and that's why its price is ridiculously low. Its use is mainly industrial, for example, in animal feed.
In contrast, Emelia is exclusively made from the juice of the sugar cane using the centrifugation method of the plant and thickening it at very low temperatures so it doesn't burn, in order to retain all the plant's nutrients while also having that unique taste. We have tried molasses from all over the world, and we haven't found anything like this anywhere!

Since I was young, I had low hematocrit, ferritin, etc. I used to take strengthening medications every three months, but then it would drop again! I tried Emelia's molasses due to its low iron content, but it didn't help much, unlike another company's molasses (blackstrap molasses, ideal for health issues) which increased my iron levels to normal after consuming it. Emelia is good for baking, but it is expensive.
