It is what I had heard.. but what I don't like is that after you drink your coffee, it leaves a bitter feeling that doesn't go away.

It has a nice "exotic" taste. As for the rest, glycemic index, etc., it is sugar. The less, the better :)

Very tasty! I won't comment on its glycemic index (which is lower than other sugars), but I will mention that wherever I have used it, it doesn't change the taste of my drink/sweet. I prefer it over regular brown sugar in baking.

Guys, coconut sugar is amazing. It contains more nutrients than regular cane sugar and has a lower glycemic index.

It is a sweetener product just like sugar, so we should be careful with the amounts consumed.

Other than that, the taste it gives to coffee is much better than regular sugar and it doesn't overpower the flavor of the drink. Personally, I can't drink coffee anymore with regular or brown sugar, they are far apart.

The best thing ever! Wherever I have used it, the result is divine! And it also has a lower glycemic index than regular sugar.

It may smell strange raw in the bag, but wherever I have used it in food, drinks, desserts, the taste is great. In the only sweet it smelled, it was the semolina halva.. Maybe because the sugar caramelized.

The quality seems good to me. I had bought it from abroad before! Small differences in taste.
The ratio to regular sugar is 1:1.
Great price IF it doesn't change!
I bought about a kilo for around €3.5 per kilo
