  We have had it for about 4 years and we talk daily for about an hour (maybe even more). We have never had a problem except that recently some keys require more pressing (logical). It has fallen several times without any damage. The speakerphone is quite good and you can hear clearly. I would prefer if it had backlit keys, but at the price of 19.90 (on offer at Media Markt), I don't have such demands. Excellent for its price!
