Why Street Food? Because it's fantastic!
Fresh, super tasty food that you see being cooked and eat at the same time,
with your hands, without any fuss. Good street food has no tricks up its sleeve. Everything happens in front of you, the moment you order it. It's fast (even when cooked slowly) and captures your attention from the moment you hold it in your hands. Additionally, street food is multidimensional. Dishes connected with the traditions and habits of many different regions of the planet, appearance that doesn't try to impress, and serving that invites you to enjoy it exactly as you please. With street food, you can be yourself. You don't care where you eat it, how, whether you're alone or with company.
The protagonist is the food, in its purest, simplest, most authentic form. Just like these recipes, which aim to flood your home with aromas and flavors from all over the world.

Unfortunately disappointing for me. A book about Street food that even in the introduction gives the definition of Street food for something you eat "on the go" but most of the recipes are for dishes that you can only eat in a restaurant, such as braised rabbit...
Anyway, it's not a waste of money nor is it a bad recipe book but it doesn't deliver what it promises.
I would have liked it if it also wrote a few words about each recipe, from which part of the world it is and why it is preferred there, for example, or something like that for enrichment and not just to be the recipe and its execution.
Tell us a few words, my child, I see the plain recipes on the internet. Give us a presentation, about the recipe, its place, the people behind it. Something to give the book a little value and as a book, to take us on a journey along with the food and the culture it brings with it.
It has various categories, so everyone can find it attractive. What I liked the most is that it has different sauces depending on the meat, which you can't find on the website. The only negative is that it doesn't have any sweets at all, but that's a minor drawback!

Amazing book, favorite recipes! Just don't expect easy cooking because you will be disappointed.
Very good and with different cuisines, it's worth it for anyone who wants to experiment!
