It is my first multifunctional laser printer and I feel good that I chose it. Although it has plastic surfaces on the outside (but of very good quality), it must contain many metal parts inside, as its construction is very sturdy and the device itself is very heavy (around 18.5 kilograms without packaging and paper).

Visually, it gives an elegant and compact feel to the space, without any protrusions, which is aesthetically pleasing even in common areas of the house (e.g. living room, etc.). That's why I intentionally looked for a device without an automatic paper feeder, which increases complexity and (although I had it in my previous device) I never needed it.

The color touch screen is quite small but it does its job satisfactorily.

The installation did not leave the best impression on me, as there were many points that were not clarified anywhere on how exactly it should be done. Personally, I connected it via an Ethernet cable to my router. This was done easily and quickly.
However, when I initially tried to connect it via WiFi (without the Ethernet cable) using my mobile phone and the corresponding Lexmark application, although it seemed to work at first, it would not complete the connection immediately after.

The initial software installation, drivers, etc. on a computer with Windows 10 (and while everything was connected via an Ethernet cable on the same network) was done with the accompanying CD and was completed easily.
However, the downside is that, after the installation, it does not provide any control points anywhere except in the properties of the respective device (printer, scanner, etc.), where you can access them from the general printer settings in Windows. All settings are provided there.
Similarly, all settings are provided on the page provided by the device's IP address (the one it has acquired from its connection to your router's network).
All these settings are also provided by the Lexmark Android application.
However, I believe that there should be a management environment through a Windows traybar icon menu (as is the case with many models from other brands) for easier management by people who are not very familiar with more technical issues.
It should be noted that even the use of the scanner (in Windows) is only possible through the general (and very simplified) Windows program and not through a more specialized one.
Here, it is important to find a way in your router to assign a fixed IP to your multifunction device on your network so that it always remains the same and can be easily accessed as a multifunction device by its individual applications (e.g. from your mobile phones, etc.). Otherwise, it will change its IP (due to your router's automatic functions) and make communication with it from its applications difficult. Fortunately, it always displays its current IP on the screen, but still.

When I visited the official website of the product (both the Greek and English versions), there was a lot of stuff that one could download for the product (such as up-to-date drivers, etc.), but without any explanation whatsoever about what each of these downloads actually is. Only a quite technical title for each option - file. As a result, one does not feel confident about whether to install one or the other of all these downloads.

When the entire installation is complete, the device (with all its subsystems, printer, scanner, etc.) is fully visible in all network positions, whether wired or wireless, whether Windows or Android (I don't have Apple).
The truth is that I haven't felt this good about the printing and scanning process in a long time!
Everything happens instantly, clearly, and very beautifully, both in text prints and in somewhat more complex ones (with graphics, etc.), always keeping in mind that we are not talking about a photo printer.
If we also consider the economy it offers, both in terms of initial purchase price (which is relatively low) and in terms of ink and paper, since head cleanings and checks are avoided (like inkjets do every now and then), I believe it is one of the most honest choices for a multifunction device!

I recommend it for most people!

Update on 7/10/2021:
After a considerable amount of time using it, I generally remain with quite positive conclusions.
However, I have to add my observation.
Unfortunately... the issue of the scanner's network communication with your other systems (computers, etc.) will not go very well. In my case, I need to restart the multifunction device (either from the switch or from the power plug) almost every time I want to use the scanner, otherwise the communication with it from the computer is not completed. I press the scan button from the Windows application (which is the only such application) and the scanning never starts unless I have restarted the multifunction device before.
While everything always goes smoothly with the printer subsystem, there is almost always this problem with the scanner that can be overcome, but not in a very convenient way.

Update on 27/10/2021:
I continue with a development regarding the significant issue/problem I mentioned in my previous additional comment.
I couldn't bear the problem of poor communication between the scanner and the (only) scanning program, that is, the one from Windows, anymore. So, I decided to contact the official service provided by infolex (somewhere in Pallini) by phone, prepared to pull my hair out if I couldn't find a solution.
1st positive point: I connected with a technician relatively quickly.
2nd positive point: Our communication was brief and concise.
3rd positive point: The problem was known.
4th positive point: They had a ready (software) solution to suggest.
5th positive point: The solution worked directly (and even more than that).
The only negative point is that I had to go through this investigation process, troubleshooting, etc., instead of having an automatic solution through software updates, etc.
Specifically, they told me to send them an email with a brief description of my problem to their service, and they would respond with the solution. I did it almost immediately, and they responded almost immediately as well!
The solution is to download and install a "special" Lexmark software that practically installs what is needed on Windows 10 and, finally, a Lexmark scanning program (with preview, etc.). After that, everything went smoothly with scanning through this program!
The only downside to this program is that it does not allow the user to adjust the size of its window, and it is quite small, especially in the preview area, but... OK... I overlook it and I am happy that I can finally scan decently!

It never worked consistently wirelessly, even though it is properly connected to the network.
New firmware and driver versions are frequently released, which I try in vain.
The worst part is that after any PC loses the scanner, which happens constantly, if I try to scan to PC from its screen, it stops responding completely, requiring a time-consuming restart to work again.
Terrible Windows scan drivers and very poor quality utilities, while it is completely broken in SANE, even though the Linux drivers theoretically support the distributions available on the network.
At least printing works more reliably, so it is not 100% useless.

Maybe it can do the job for a single PC with USB.

Update:
With the latest firmware and Windows drivers from the Lexmark website, it seems to have no problem working wirelessly as a scanner with multiple PCs on the network. Sometimes it still loses connection, but you can easily reconnect it.
Unfortunately, I still haven't managed to make the scanner work consistently on the Linux machines in the wireless network.

My first Laser printer. Very fast with nice printing, mainly used for printing texts and articles, so we mostly talk about letters, diagrams, and small images.
The printer only came with a power cable, there are ports for connecting with USB, etc., it just doesn't have a cable inside the box because everyone has a router at home nowadays. The connection was made to the network through the mobile phone and it was very easy.
The touch screen has a very good response, something I didn't expect from a printer.
Then the drivers were installed from the computers that should be on the same Wi-Fi as the printer and that's it.
Do you want to print? You press print and it sends it through the network.
Personally, I am very satisfied with it since I got it for use with Wi-Fi.

I finally found a negative, which is the scan. Lexmark doesn't have a scan application, so it relies on the Windows one, which is very unreliable as the computer doesn't always recognize the scanner. The positive thing is that the issue can be solved in two ways:
a. Lexmark's scanback application, which is the worst application I have ever seen.
b. Using an open-source application from third parties. I have NAPS2 and it works great, plus it's free, but there are also other paid applications that are more modern and nice.

Another issue is that if you make it print multiple pages in a row, more than 20, it can get stuck, but they come out very easily, so everything is fine.

Other than that, I have no complaints, everything prints immediately from various wireless devices

Mixed feelings on one hand it is quite qualitative and fast in printing and scanning with excellent resolution and many options in the menu, also the toners do not dry out. On the other hand, we have a semi-professional construction and a 20-year-old driver that I struggled excessively to find the scanner which was not in the menu, in the end, I called a technician to install some software for me to be able to use it from the PC which of course is a fail, I consider it a tragic mistake since it is a multifunction device not to include the process in the menu. Finally, 2 out of the 4 toner replacements have the value of the entire printer "too expensive" and the use of the scanner is now useless as you can download a scanner application on all mobile phones! In general, it is expensive and you should think about it before buying it.

I would like to add that I also noticed in some printouts that were sent to me in image format (jpg, jpeg) and I could not convert it to text format no matter how much I tried to change the settings (from the PC).

Finally, after all this time, it frustrates me every time I want to print, I have to figure out how to reconnect the PC and my mobile phone to the printer. Terrible software, it bugs and every time it does not recognize it, so I have to reinstall it every time. I really can't understand why they don't release an update.
