I bought two this time - I had one before. I tried them and they stayed permanently in Abarth 500 (2012), Fiat Punto 1.4 (2003), Fiat Panda 4x4 Multijet (2018) connected with Torque (free and Pro) and MultiEcuScan and they work properly.
It was tested on Opel Astra J A14net, for the first 5 minutes everything worked perfectly while parked. After driving, it threw error 68, the TCS light came on, and I can't remember what else. I turned off the car and then it was dead, I only had power in the center of Piraeus. I pushed it to the side, disconnected the ECU (brain) and the ELM, of course, and it worked. Whoever wants it, it's in the green bin outside Blue Star for Paros. At least it's a disgrace, causing panic to someone in a central location or calling for roadside assistance, or worse, burning someone's brain. The product should definitely be discontinued
Very good with the use of the TORQUE app.
**WARNING**
DO NOT forget it plugged in because it will drain your battery. Other diagnostics do not do this, but this specific one keeps running, thus "eating" your battery.
VERY GOOD, if you like to block the brain in motion. Trash that not only doesn't work but also causes damage to the car. I wonder about the "merchants" who continue to sell it.
In OPEL Astra J 2012, when connected, the car's screen displays error code CODE68 and freezes everything, fortunately with battery disconnection the car returns to normal.
Just finished the first test on Hyundai Accent II (1999 - 2005) and I was speechless, it worked on the first try simply in any application that asks you what kind of connection you want always choose Bluetooth BLE if you have a new phone, depending on the application you have it will show you many things from what faults you have to even what consumption you make (if you have it constantly on although I do not recommend it for many reasons) as well as to delete some errors, I cannot say with certainty to the owners of the same vehicles if it will definitely work, many parameters play a role, but I was satisfied and would buy it again of course it remains only to see how fast it will play or if it will create other issues as other drivers mentioned in the comments (you get what you pay for but with a price as much as a coffee, guys don't complain the product is at your own risk, otherwise you can go to specialized technicians who will do it for you with the appropriate fee.)
I downloaded 4 different applications to connect the diagnostic tool with 2 cars (KIA, HONDA). In the CarScaner, Scan Master, and Dash Command applications, it never connected to my phone (Mi Note2). With the FasLink X application, it connected via Bluetooth but couldn't find a protocol to communicate. I also restarted my phone and removed the diagnostic tool multiple times to confirm that nothing else was causing the issue, and I spent a total of over 2 hours dealing with this.
When I connected it, my car stopped idling, and to prevent any damage, I removed it and the car returned to normal. It didn't work in my case.
It worked fine and cleared my check engine light. I couldn't connect it with the TORQUE app, so I connected it with the Greek ODB MARY. It did the job, with God's help!
It's great, small, does its job by downloading the application it tells you, and shows the necessary things.
FOR PEUGEOT 308 2015, it has helped me a lot with error messages.. where my mechanics were asking for 100 or 200 or 300 euros per case
The cheapest diagnostic tool, this says it all! 50/50 chances of it working. I am one of the lucky ones that it worked on the first one I bought and it still works. I have tested it mostly on Japanese but also some European cars, most of them from 1995-2008.
It reads codes for catalytic converter, low battery, and other "simple" ones.
Through the "Torque (lite)" application, you will be able to see coolant temperature, consumption, voltage, RPM. It is absurd to compare it to diagnostic tools that cost 20/50/100+ euros, it is self-evident why.
P.S. Do not leave it on the door without reason and under NO circumstances put it on a motorcycle!
I have no doubt that it works, but I personally couldn't manage to do it! *Whoever manages to connect it to Android is wasting their time in Greece, they are ready for NASA
Little diamond.. simply if you have a new version of Android it constantly crashes.. you need a relatively old phone for it to work properly
In Nissan Almera, it does not read the ECU. I tried 5 applications but nothing. It connected immediately to 2 other cars.
Update: It finally connected after many attempts. It doesn't even show the car's tachometer. I'm waiting to see if any warning light comes on, maybe it will read what's wrong. Otherwise, I'll put it in front of the wheel and leave.
Update 2: The engine check light stayed on. It didn't read any error. At the repair shop, it showed a burnt multiplier. I threw it away, wasted money.
In Mercedes A180d '16 it worked perfectly and detected the above faults. I searched on YouTube to find out what they were and then I cleared them. Nothing turned on again, I saved both money and time by not taking it to a professional.
I followed the steps described by a gentleman.
1. I connected the device.
2. I turned on switches in the engine.
3. I paired it via Bluetooth with the Torque app.
4. I selected the model I was interested in.
5. I scanned.
6. I researched the codes on YouTube.
7. I cleared the codes.
8. I turned off the engine switches.
9. I removed the device.
Very satisfied even though I was very skeptical with all the things some people write. For me, it's value for money and it has already paid for itself.
I confirm that this particular diagnostic tool is terrible. It caused problems in the car's brain. The side mirrors were closing while I was driving at 80km/h and I got scared, the windows locked, warning lights came on, and I heard a beep. I stopped on the side, turned off the engine, and the power was cut off as if there was no battery. Luckily, after a while, it started again.
Be careful with this device. It is dangerous.
I'm throwing it in the trash.
Update: I took the car to a workshop. They put it on a professional diagnostic tool and it detected 48 trouble codes due to the faulty diagnostic tool. I am attaching a photo. It shows 26 because we had already deleted the previous 22
In SKODA OCTAVIA 2011, it couldn't read the airbags, so the illuminated light remained.
Completely useless and dangerous. It disorients the entire brain of the car, resulting in all the lights turning on. Money wasted.
Connected to golf 6 and hyundai getz 2003 without any problem, via Bluetooth with my mobile and an application I downloaded from the play store (OBD Mary) and cleared the faults!
If you encounter Error Codes on your car's dashboard and there are some known issues, such as lambda sensor values while you have already replaced the catalytic converter, then the tool in combination with a mobile application is the easiest and most economical solution to know what is happening with your car. I have already used it twice. One time with a dead battery that prevented the car from starting, and I read the voltage through Bluetooth. Another time, I turned off the engine from the dashboard because there was an issue with the catalytic converter (even though I have already replaced it).
A budget solution, if it suits the codes you want well, but overall it has limited use. Its connection is stable, easy, and fast.
It's fine for someone to occasionally check their car. Not to have it working continuously, as it risks burning out like one of the two I have purchased. I should emphasize that it doesn't find everything in all cars, but the basics (consumption, speed, RPM, gas, etc.) have worked everywhere so far.

Terrible product! It's not even worth 6 euros, it's garbage. I put it in a Citroen C4 with automatic transmission and as soon as it was installed, it caused damage to the transmission's brain (short circuit) for those who know, it's 2.1v. Which automatically means it's useless if it's not 1.5v...!!! Pay a little more and do your job, it's not worth a penny!
Unfortunately, it cannot read the brain of a 2008 Jeep Cherokee Liberty, but it immediately read the brain of a 2008 Matiz. What can I say?
Fast installation, small size which is a plus, measurements are quite satisfactory with a well-known application. It paired with a simple old Android phone. I couldn't get it to work with an iPhone, but it's probably the known issues that iPhones have with Bluetooth... Tested on Opel Corsa E CDTI & FIAT 500 1.2. Excellent for the money!
It connected easily to my Opel Corsa E diesel and I managed to easily erase the service and oil change message that the workshop had not erased when I had the service done. It arrived quickly, I easily did my job, and I will also try it for its other functions and I will come back.

To my BMW E46 (1999), it does not connect to the ECU.
