I will say a few words to help someone. I have had over 7-8 dehumidifiers in my hands, never Morris. I decided to buy 2, the 20300 and the 16400 wireless. They are identical models, so I will talk about one. The build quality is mediocre to poor, cheap plastic, generally looks Chinese, someone will say that's a small issue, as long as it works well. Secondly, the noise, the compressor gives a vibration and a noise like an old refrigerator struggling, unbearable, nothing like any dehumidifier I have had or seen working with my own eyes. Thirdly, they deceive people about the activated carbon filter. It has a basic mesh filter for nothing and the carbon filter is a peel that covers 1/3 of the filter. In other words, it is COMPLETELY useless, marketing, whatever they call it. Essentially, the dehumidifier does not have a filter. It costs 220 euros and for 250 euros you can get an Inventor XL20 that has a true HEPA filter, is COMPLETELY silent (I know because I bought it for my parents a month ago), and its build quality is like comparing a Fiat to a Porsche. Significant deviation from the humidity measuring instrument. It operates or stops at points it shouldn't. In 4 years, it had an issue with the water container. It shows that it is full even though I have emptied it. It no longer works for this reason. Apart from its good appearance and the likeable price when I bought it (220), it is not worth purchasing in any other case.

Very good dehumidifier, initially it is beautiful in terms of design and does not ruin the aesthetics inside the house. It has an automatic program for the correct adjustment of humidity inside the house, without drying out the air excessively (however, someone can also adjust it themselves to the desired level). It has a laundry program for drying clothes (it has saved me especially during winter!!!!). The tank is large and does not fill up easily. Finally, it has an ionization system with a lamp (personally, I do not use it). Easily removable filters for cleaning them!!
I have been using it for three months every day.
In a 30 sqm space, it reduces humidity from 70-75% to 45-55% in about two hours, at maximum intensity.
It also cleans the air from odors due to the activated carbon filter it has.
The noise it makes, even at the highest intensity, does not bother me during the day.

Very good performance but after 2 years of operation, the screen (7 Led Segment) that displays the humidity level, does not work in certain areas. Out of the 7 Led, only 4 are currently working, resulting in not being able to see the current humidity even remotely.

The dehumidifier works for a space of 60sqm but it is also suitable for larger spaces. However, the layout of the house also plays a role, meaning if the house is in a straight line and it is placed in the middle, it will do the job but not as effectively as it should, it needs to be distributed in the rooms (in my opinion). The tank easily lasts for 8 hours when full. Personally, because I have a lot of humidity during the winter and especially on rainy days, it works at its full capacity. In terms of noise, it is like a turbo air conditioner and it also depends on the person, meaning it doesn't bother me and I can sleep even with the regular function. At night, we put it on sleep mode, in which the lighting is turned off and everything is fine. It is definitely worth the money, I highly recommend it!

I have a big problem with humidity in my house, the windows drip every morning when we wake up, the walls are pitch black, and literally the wall in my bedroom was wet as if it was being hit by a wave. As soon as I started using this gem, everything improved. The windows stopped dripping, the walls dried up, and the frost inside the house melted. It reduces the humidity from 85% to 60-55%, and even the heating in the house seems unnecessary. It works at a high pace because as long as the dehumidifier is running, the temperature is maintained at very good levels. It covers an area of about 100 square meters. I turn it on at night and turn it off in the morning on the smart mode, which is energy-efficient and effectively removes the humidity. It doesn't make particularly annoying noise, and it takes about 10 hours for the water tank to fill up on the smart mode. Once it's full, the dehumidification process stops and emptying the tank is very easy. All of this in just one week of use. If I encounter anything else in the future, I will come back with an update

In the 2 years of use, the screen that displays the humidity month by month completely faded and they want 20€ just for the replacement board. Of course, it is not covered by the warranty since 2 years have passed. It does the job, although I haven't tried another brand to compare. It makes quite a bit of noise on full power. However, if you put it on low, it doesn't work properly. The key is to suck in as much air as possible while the compressor is running.
Like all dehumidifiers, it needs to be cleaned every year because the coil gets clogged with dust and it is very difficult to open the plastic parts. It has many screws, so screws need to be removed in order to clean it properly.

It struggles quite a bit to lower the humidity below 55% in a space much smaller than its capabilities. The noise it makes when the compressor is running is enough to tire you out after a short while.
I have had it in my possession for 10 months. I live near the sea in a 65 sqm house and sometimes the humidity can reach over 80%. Generally, though, I would estimate that it is above 65% for a considerable period of time throughout the year. (Of course, there are many factors that play a role in this, such as whether the house is in the basement, if it is exposed to the sun, if it is near the sea or a swamp, etc.)
Nevertheless, it lowers and maintains the humidity at appropriate levels inside the house without any problems. In fact, I have noticed that without raising the temperature by more than 1-2 degrees Celsius, it gives you the feeling of warmth when it is in operation. I have observed this even during summer nights when I slept without a cover for the first time, as well as in autumn when we didn't need to turn on the heating when the dehumidifier was running.
At this point, I would like to emphasize that we have placed it in a central location in the house with the doors of the rooms open. It is logical that if we have it in a room with a closed door, it will not work for the entire house.

The night mode reduces the noise significantly and is ideal for those who are bothered by sounds while sleeping. In normal operation, I would say it makes slightly more noise than an internal inverter air conditioner unit. Personally, it never bothered me though.
Overall, I did not expect it to make such a big difference in our daily lives when I bought it because I had no experience with dehumidifiers. I consider it to be a very important part of the house now, which I wish I had purchased much earlier. For those of you living in areas with high humidity, believe me, it will improve the quality of your life.
