Description

Dehumidifier Morris MDP20300I with independent air purification function and 4 stages of filtration

4 stages of air filtration

  • Pre-filter with Nano silver coating. The pre-filter traps large particles such as hair, larger dust particles, etc., while its Nano Silver coating provides additional antibacterial action.
  • Activated carbon filter. It retains toxic gaseous pollutants and odors originating from chemicals, cigarette smoke, exhaust fumes, cooking, etc.
  • Ultraviolet light (UV light), which breaks the molecular bonds of microorganisms such as germs, viruses, fungi, and bacteria, neutralizing them.
  • Ionizer, which removes odors, dust, and smoke from the air, providing a healthy and fresh atmosphere.

2-in-1 Device for All-Weather Operation

The dehumidifier Morris MDP-20300i not only solves the problem of humidity in the space, but also of clean air as it can be used as an independent air purification device.

Silent operation

Low noise level 38dB (A). The very low noise level allows for the creation of an ideal environment during nighttime sleep or any other time when quiet is needed.

Ability to turn the light on or off on the front of the device. The light can be turned off so it doesn't become annoying or turned on to function as a night light.

Large water tank with a capacity of 4 liters to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the device for many hours, by emptying the water tank and placing it back in its position with a simple motion. The device will continue its operation automatically.

Easy and quick clothes drying

With Morris dehumidifiers, drying clothes becomes a breeze all year round. Place the portable clothes rack in a (preferably small) room with the door closed, the dehumidifier close to the clothes, and then select the clothes drying function from the remote control.

The clothes will dry in a short time, while the space will remain dry as all the moisture will end up in the dehumidifier's water tank.

Innovative Design

Handle and fully rotating wheels for easy transportation of the dehumidifier.

Front lighting, based on humidity levels:

  • < 60% the light turns blue,
  • 60% - 80% the light turns green,
  • > 80% it turns red.

Smart dehumidification function. The "smart" function is designed for maximum convenience, maintaining room humidity between 50% and 55%, while also saving electricity.

Automatic louver movement. There is the option to choose one of the 3 available settings. Continuous movement, fixed at a 45-degree angle, and fixed at a 90-degree angle.

Smart Remote Control with i-Feel Function

The built-in humidity sensor in the remote control can detect the humidity at the required point and automatically adjust the dehumidifier's operation based on this measurement via infrared.

In this way, the humidity can be precisely adjusted in specific areas, such as the baby's bed, places with items vulnerable to moisture (such as artworks), etc.

Practical solutions for ease of use

Permanent connection to drainage. By connecting the drainage tube to the device and placing it in the siphon, all the water collected goes directly to the drain.

Smart control function. When the room humidity reaches the desired levels, the device completely stops its operation. After 30 minutes, only the fan starts. If the humidity is at the desired levels, the device stops automatically again; otherwise, it starts the dehumidification process normally.

Timer function which automatically sets the activation/deactivation of the device. Thus, its operation is scheduled according to the current needs and additionally reduces power consumption.

Security and Protection

  • Overflow protection. When the water tank is full, the dehumidifier's operation is automatically interrupted, and the full tank warning indicator is activated.
  • Compressor protection. In case of restarting the device after a shutdown, there is a 3-minute delay before the compressor starts again.
  • Smart defrost. When the room sensor detects that the temperature is too low, the device automatically enters defrost mode and then returns to the previous operating state.
  • Automatic restart system after a power outage, the unit automatically starts in the operating state it was in before the outage.

Download the moisture immediately.
Beautiful externally.
The noise on low is zero.
And generally quite quiet. However, when the compressor is working, it sounds a bit. In all stages.
Like a refrigerator that is working. Don't expect something annoying at all.
Not a sound that you can't sit in the room with.
If you want to reduce it further, place something like a rug underneath.
Generally satisfied.
I will come back again in 1 month for a better opinion.

I'm coming back..
Just buy it... PERFECT.
It removes the moisture to the point that the house is warm in winter without a radiator..
In fact, with the radiator at 22, 23 degrees, I paid the same as last year with 19, 20, or 21 degrees.
100% the best 250€ I spent

I will say a few words to help someone. I have had over 7-8 dehumidifiers in my hands, never Morris. I decided to buy 2, the 20300 and the 16400 wireless. They are identical models, so I will talk about one. The build quality is mediocre to poor, cheap plastic, generally looks Chinese, someone will say that's a small issue, as long as it works well. Secondly, the noise, the compressor gives a vibration and a noise like an old refrigerator struggling, unbearable, nothing like any dehumidifier I have had or seen working with my own eyes. Thirdly, they deceive people about the activated carbon filter. It has a basic mesh filter for nothing and the carbon filter is a peel that covers 1/3 of the filter. In other words, it is COMPLETELY useless, marketing, whatever they call it. Essentially, the dehumidifier does not have a filter. It costs 220 euros and for 250 euros you can get an Inventor XL20 that has a true HEPA filter, is COMPLETELY silent (I know because I bought it for my parents a month ago), and its build quality is like comparing a Fiat to a Porsche. Whoever wants to listen to me, stay away from Morris, the ultimate Chinese product, go to other companies like Inventor and Toyotomi, for example, SUPERIOR dehumidifiers. Finally, I wonder about those who write positive reviews (probably it is their first dehumidifier and they had no point of comparison, I can't justify it otherwise). So, when they opened the carbon filter and realized that it only covered 1/3 of the air intake and that it is a peel, they liked it? Oh, I almost forgot, the humidity percentages on the dehumidifier and the remote control, nonsense! Checked with a precision instrument I have for humidity. The indications on the dehumidifier are so inaccurate that I put it in a room with a wet clothes rack, confirmed by 2 instruments I have, it had 80% humidity and the Morris showed 44%, we are talking about such mistakes. Fortunately, there is also the option to return them and I have both for a refund. Let me put it differently, if a good Inventor, for example, costs 250 euros, the right price for the Morris would be 80 euros. I hope to save people with my evaluation...

  • Significant deviation from the humidity measuring instrument. It operates or stops at points it shouldn't. In 4 years, it had an issue with the water container. It shows that it is full even though I have emptied it. It no longer works for this reason. Apart from its good appearance and the likeable price when I bought it (220), it is not worth purchasing in any other case.

Very good dehumidifier, initially it is beautiful in terms of design and does not ruin the aesthetics inside the house. It has an automatic program for the correct adjustment of humidity inside the house, without drying out the air excessively (however, someone can also adjust it themselves to the desired level). It has a laundry program for drying clothes (it has saved me especially during winter!!!!). The tank is large and does not fill up easily. Finally, it has an ionization system with a lamp (personally, I do not use it). Easily removable filters for cleaning them!!

I have been using it for three months every day.
In a 30 sqm space, it reduces humidity from 70-75% to 45-55% in about two hours, at maximum intensity.
It also cleans the air from odors due to the activated carbon filter it has.
The noise it makes, even at the highest intensity, does not bother me during the day.
The only complaint I have is that only two out of the four wheels move in all directions, and moving from one point to another requires getting used to.
I recommend it as a good ionizing dehumidifier.

Very good performance but after 2 years of operation, the screen (7 Led Segment) that displays the humidity level, does not work in certain areas. Out of the 7 Led, only 4 are currently working, resulting in not being able to see the current humidity even remotely.

I have it for about two years, after a few months of operation the noise increased significantly, the humidity indicators are sometimes false, it captures incredible odor in areas that are not accessible to clean (around the filter), when drying clothes inside the house I believe they would dry at the same time even without its use, on the positive side the air quality in the house improved satisfactorily.

The best thing out there, I've had it for 3 years and never turned it off. The handle needs attention, you should feel it as you lift it, not clumsily. And don't forget to wash the filter at the back once a week

In my possession for the last 2 months. Since the day it was purchased, it has not turned off except when we leave the house. The dehumidifier works for a space of 60sqm but it is also suitable for larger spaces. However, the layout of the house also plays a role, meaning if the house is in a straight line and it is placed in the middle, it will do the job but not as effectively as it should, it needs to be distributed in the rooms (in my opinion). The tank easily lasts for 8 hours when full. Personally, because I have a lot of humidity during the winter and especially on rainy days, it works at its full capacity. In terms of noise, it is like a turbo air conditioner and it also depends on the person, meaning it doesn't bother me and I can sleep even with the regular function. At night, we put it on sleep mode, in which the lighting is turned off and everything is fine. It is definitely worth the money, I highly recommend it!

It is FAN-TAS-TIC! After a lot of searching, we ended up with this model and it was indeed the best choice. Within a day, it reduced the humidity from 83% to 55%!
In the following days, it doesn't need to work for many hours, it keeps the humidity at very good levels, resulting in quickly reaching the desired level. Buy it... you will remember me!

In the 2 years of use, the screen that displays the humidity month by month completely faded and they want 20€ just for the replacement board. Of course, it is not covered by the warranty since 2 years have passed. It does the job, although I haven't tried another brand to compare. It makes quite a bit of noise on full power. However, if you put it on low, it doesn't work properly. The key is to suck in as much air as possible while the compressor is running.

Like all dehumidifiers, it needs to be cleaned every year because the coil gets clogged with dust and it is very difficult to open the plastic parts. It has many screws, so screws need to be removed in order to clean it properly.

I really recommend it, if you put it on the powerful mode you will notice minimal noise but it is really perfect because it reduces humidity to desired levels and heats the space quite well, especially during this period with difficulty in heating due to cost, as it also emits warm air and I have all the doors open, it has a clothes drying function which is important for all of us in winter, it is worth its money and more, the air in the space is clean. If anything changes, I will come back.

Sometimes I read comments and wonder... initially, no dehumidifier works miracles... when I activated it, I had 60% humidity compared to what I read, things are not so tragic... in less than half an hour of using the dehumidifier, the humidity dropped below 55%... the noise you mention... I don't hear it... yes, when you put it on high, it is loud, but don't be overly dramatic, it's like an air conditioner on turbo... as for the build quality, it's fine... both Morris and Inventor are made in China... they are of the same quality... I have worked with both of them... with Morris being slightly better... when commenting, try to describe your own experiences and not be biased... as for the negatives, maybe the tank could be better, but it doesn't fill up quickly and why would it, I don't have excessive humidity... update: the humidity remains consistently low... I have placed it in the living room and the performance is sufficient for all three rooms...

I have had it for 1 year. Terrible product mainly because the air it emits (supposedly clean) smells like Chemistry, Medicine... I don't know what materials it contains inside...
Better look for another brand because Morris advertises a lot and we all fell for it...
    Unfortunately... their products are awful.
    I wasted 270 euros.

I was very upset with the humidity in my house, I felt frozen since last year when I returned from NY, I was constantly wearing a coat and a hat in my apartment - after research and attention, I was fortunate enough to get the MORRIS 16150HIW machine...! The atmosphere is incomparable, my sheets have never felt like sheets again and they are warm, while my throat is normal... every 6 hours I have to empty the water it has collected. I wrote my comment to share my experience, my wishes to the inventor, it's expensive BUT WORTH IT!

I have it for two years. Before I got it, the bathroom was literally dripping. Especially after a shower, you needed an umbrella because the drops were falling on your head. We're talking about humidity over 80%.
I got it and I was saved. No drops, no darkness on the ceiling. I would give it 5 stars, but I won't because it doesn't cover 100% of all the square footage it claims. I imagine the square footage refers to a single space.

I consider it quite good but that's about it (I declare that I have 3 dehumidifiers and my favorite is the Juro Pro Perla WIFI).
Okay, it works, it dehumidifies a 75sqm space without much noise and with acceptable noise levels within the category.
+ The filter is conveniently located for cleaning.
+ I find it convenient that it can receive signals from a remote control and with Xiaomi's IR Blaster, I can automatically send a command from mi home to turn it on if the humidity goes above a certain percentage (so with an IR blaster, it is smarter than having WiFi, but it requires a lot of effort to set it up with scenarios, etc.)
    - It does not have accurate humidity indication (calibrated with multiple hygrometers).
    - It almost never shuts off (hey, I set it to 55% and it has dropped to 45% in the room, stop blowing and hurting our ears).
    - It has a small and hard-to-reach container (Juro Pro wins here by far)

Well, I will also analyze briefly. I bought it for 200 euros on Black Friday from a well-known department store. The dehumidifier, for its name and its price, is not worth it. The plastic materials are of very poor quality, the container that the company claims to be 4 liters can barely hold 2.5 liters. Many times, when it is working, there is a noise and as soon as you change the setting, it stops. Coming from the Juro Pro Diamond, there is no comparison, it is much better. I regret not buying that one again. Spend a little more money and get another one.
