Gran Turismo Sport never gets boring. You have a goal to earn money to buy cars, and every day if you reach certain miles, it gives you a pack with 4 cars and selects one for you. Also, if you play with a sibling or friends, it's even more fun. It's a game that you will play to relax
The sound has been improved compared to previous ones of its kind, it lags online and everyone is toxic, nice graphics but they will likely get bored of the repetitive gameplay. Many cars, but GT7 is much better
It's good, I just wish that during gameplay, when you run for example at 120, you don't feel the speed. I would like if they could also add a story like FIFA the journey, it would be even better. You don't easily get bored, it's fun. That's what I wanted to say, thank you.
I have played all the GT games and I don't like the direction the series has taken with this particular sport. The graphics are beautiful as always, the sound is improved but not amazing! The game now focuses only on online play, at first it didn't even have a career mode and they added it later with an upgrade, but it's still small and uninteresting. The opponents are very easy and from the first round you are in first place if you know the game, so there is no competition. Some challenges, like the licenses in the older GT games where you would sweat for the gold... here you can easily get gold on every attempt. What made GT special was the car improvements, turbo, suspension, etc... and now they are gone, it simply has a weight bar and a performance bar for you to adjust and compete in the category (rules) and race online. There are very few cars and the obsession with GT Vision tiresome since they are uninteresting and their physics are not realistic. The tracks are few, very few for GT. So, with all that being said, I don't like the direction the game has taken, but let's not be ungrateful because the GT series has its quality no matter what. And lastly, the biggest mistake that I can't leave uncommented is the following, the progress of the game (the save) can only be done online, which means that without internet, no matter how much you play, it can't be saved, the game is lost. It's a crime.
The box is in Italian but you don't even care about that.
As for the game.
Be patient once you buy it because you will need to download about 50gb in order to start your driving career.
I am a fan of the Gran Turismo series from the very first game on the PlayStation 1. The fact that you could start your career and gradually reach the top, along with the ability to make improvements to the cars, was the characteristic that made the series stand out. In Gran Turismo Sport, the campaign is completely missing. The available vehicles are very few, and the fact that you have to be constantly connected to the internet has a disastrous result. However, there are no technical problems, and I should note that I am playing the game on the PS5. Fortunately, I bought it for only 10 euros. Another observation, purely personal opinion, is that the handling of the vehicles seems somewhat monotonous - neutral - without being truly realistic. This is due to the fact that I am also playing Forza Motorsport 6 on Xbox at the same time. The differences in feel are chaotic. If you watch a video on YouTube, you will understand what I mean. Look. Personally, I am a sim racing enthusiast. I got it along with my Ps4 and I have a few things to say. Gran Turismo Sport focuses on online racing and not single player. Also, if you see some people who bought it and didn't like it, they are probably not enthusiasts. For them, I recommend NFS, but personally, I didn't like the single player either. Also, you couldn't do much tuning compared to Gran Turismo 6. However, for the price, it is a very good sim game
Before I give my opinion, I would like to tell you not to pay attention to the comments that say the game does not have Single Player. These are comments from people who bought the game years ago. To understand what I mean, in 2016 (the year the game was released), it was a game without Single Player. It focused only on Online. Since 2019, an Update was made and a career mode was added, worthy (and better) than that of the previous Gran Turismo, Gran Turismo 6. And now, in my opinion:
Graphics: Extremely realistic.
Sound: In non-racing cars, it is good. In racing cars, it could be better, but yes...
Game content: It has fewer tracks and fewer cars than previous Gran Turismo games. The reason for this is that it is a Half-Edition version of Gran Turismo 7, which will be released in 2022.
Single Player: Besides the career mode added through the Update, it also has a driving school, which means that if you are playing a racing game for the first time, it is ideal for you.
Realism in driving: Excellent! Especially with a steering wheel, it feels real!
Online Multiplayer: Perhaps the best we have ever seen in a racing game. However, you should know that Gran Turismo will now mainly focus on Online. The reason for this is that recently, Gran Turismo was recognized as an OLYMPIC SPORT! If you don't believe me, look it up on the internet. I should also mention that in order to play Online, you need to have a paid PS PLUS subscription. In most of the comments I read, they said that you always need to have PS PLUS to play Online. However, I paid once and when my subscription expired, I could still continue playing. I don't know what will apply to you...
Conclusion: I would say it is a game worth buying. However, we are still waiting for the release of Gran Turismo 7...
My favorite racing game is very realistic and has a lot of cars. If you're not into cars and stuff and just want to play something with races, don't get it!! Get something like Need for Speed instead. This will challenge you
Όσοι έχουν παίξει gran turismo και τους αρέσουν τα racing simulators δεν πρέπει να το χάσουν. Τα γραφικά και ο ήχος είναι καταπληκτικά. Την αγόρασα κάποια στιγμή που την είχε προσφορά στα 70 ευρώ ενώ την ίδια στιγμή η steelbook edition ήταν στα 50 ευρώ. Πιστεύω ότι στα χρήματα που την πήρα ήταν ότι καλύτερο και για το in-game περιεχόμενο αλλά και για αυτά που είχε μέσα

Generally, I don't have any particular opinion and I will refer to another topic... new and again new... I bought it second-hand and it simply throws me the message that the disk is dirty or damaged... unrelated to my topic but it is an opinion as well..
It is a simulator game, much nicer than Gran Turismo 6. But health, we are waiting for Gran Turismo 7, it doesn't have nice customizations if you think that to improve the car you just increase the horsepower! LoL It has some glitches that are not allowed for Gran Turismo. But otherwise, with a G29 it is nice, especially if you have company and do Trackdays, cruises, etc... For the money though, it is worth it (I have it since the day it was released in Greece and I have a full opinion). They should have done a better job with the Tuning aspect, they focused more on the driving part!
After several months of playing, I have a better opinion. The game is the best driving simulator out there and the 7th installment is highly anticipated! Besides the tracks, it also has a driving school which is necessary for everyone so that they don't drive like fools! It also has other challenging missions, plus the online mode is very enjoyable and highly competitive! The only downside is that it doesn't have a career mode, so it lacks a bit in single player, although it is still huge.

I have to say that I have been a fan of Gran Turismo since the PlayStation 1 era, and it made me love racing games in their most realistic form (e.g. Need for Speed), which I find indifferent. Since the Xbox 360 (PS3) era, I made the switch and started playing Forza Motorsport, and ever since, I always saw Gran Turismo lagging behind in everything. Recently, after playing Forza 7 on my Xbox One, which was very good, I decided to go back to PlayStation and try out the latest installment of the series, Sport.
Gameplay: mediocre, as I believe that in many cases, the reactions of the cars (especially rear-wheel drive) are very stiff and unrealistic.
Graphics: very good, although Forza was better.
Sound: bad, maybe I miss Forza again, but you can hardly hear the car's character except for a few exceptions.
Multiplayer: Sport excels in this aspect. It has many modes and official FIA races.
You can't upgrade your cars as you want, only with certain levels that you unlock, but the pure tuning is missing.
It emphasizes the behavior of each driver in the multiplayer, so that you race like a human, and this is very positive.
Conclusion: For the 10€ I paid, it is definitely worth it and recommended. However, if I had paid 40-50€, I might have been a bit disappointed, as I expected more from Polyphony Digital
The best Gran Turismo except for 7.. Flawless in every aspect.. From the era of Gran Turismo 1 until today, this series only produces top-notch games!!!
I have been playing this game for 4 years and I still can't get enough of it.
I have both a PS3 and a PS4. On the PS3, I have Gran Turismo 6 (the previous Gran Turismo) and on the PS4, I have Gran Turismo Sport.
Things in which Gran Turismo Sport is better than Gran Turismo 6:
Greater realism in driving (especially with a steering wheel), an excellent way to customize the car's bodywork, car modifications are done with maximum precision, and there are races that you can customize as you wish (adjusting the number of opponents, difficulty level, tire wear, fuel consumption, and more).
Things in which they are both the same:
Graphics, sound quality, both are equally enjoyable.
Things in which Gran Turismo 6 is better than Gran Turismo Sport:
Gran Turismo 6 has many more tracks than Gran Turismo Sport, more car categories (NASCAR, WRC cars, and others), more car brands, it does not necessarily require internet to function (except for online races), and online races in Gran Turismo Sport require a subscription while they are free in Gran Turismo 6.
In my opinion, Gran Turismo Sport is wonderful, but I believe that those who play Gran Turismo 6 will be disappointed when they play Gran Turismo Sport.
It does not come close to the previous titles of the series. Much fewer cars, repetitive tracks and challenges, and repetitive to the point of nausea music. Unfortunately, mediocre.
Good for someone who really enjoys these games. But I got bored relatively quickly because in order to play multiplayer, you always need to have ps plus. That's the sole reason I got bored so quickly. Other than that, it's nice for passing the time with friends by competing against each other. The single player is very good. It's worth its money. Also, it only gave me 1,500,000 credits and avatars for my profile. It didn't give me the cars, the helmet, or the stickers
Repetitive gameplay and a lot of effort to unlock a few cars that are worth it. Classic Gran Turismo that, in order to keep you engaged, includes the most boring things one can think of, over and over again.
Καλό παιχνίδι, αλλά το ότι χρειάζεται ίντερνετ για να αποθηκεύσεις την πρόοδο σου, το ρίχνει αρκετά στα μάτια μου. Μεγάλο λάθος από την εταιρία. Σε προσομοίωση οδήγησης πάντως είναι εξαιρετικό. Μακάρι να μεγαλώσει η γκάμα των αυτοκινήτων, καθώς και να μπει η βροχή και το χιόνι στις πίστες. Το παιχνίδι πάντως ενημερώνεται τακτικά και βελτιώνεται συνεχώς παρά την παλαιότητά του.
το τσίμπησα πρόσφατα γιατί με έπιασε νοσταλγία από την εποχή του ps2 και πεδία μετά από τα updates έχουν μπει τόσα πολλά πράγματα που δεν ξέρεις καν αμα μπορεσεις να το τελειώσεις ένα αρνητικό που βρήκα είναι ότι έχει microtransactions αν και δεν είναι απαραίτητο να βάλεις χρήματα γιατί μπορείς να τα πάρεις ολα σχετικα ευκολα ειναι λιγο ενοχλητικό να υπάρχει σε ένα παιχνίδι που δεν ειναι της EA
Νομίζουν ότι αν δούμε ένα trailer θα καταλάβουμε να μην τρακερνουμε στο online . Και αυτοί νομίζουν πως όλοι είμαστε άχρηστη και βάζουν πρώτη πίστα μια ευθεία.
Είναι με διαφορά το καλύτερο όλων των εποχών!!!!!!!! Ειδικά αν το παίξεις με τιμονιερα είναι απλά φοβερό!!!!!!!!!!!
Χρειάζεται πολύ δουλειά ακόμα. Είναι με διαφορά το πιο αποτυχημένο gran turismo όλων τον εποχών. Τα έχω παίξει όλα απο το πρώτο μέχρι το τελευταίο. Είμαι φανατικός της σειράς αλλά αυτό δεν είναι gran turismo. Πρέπει να πέσει πολύ δουλειά ακόμα. Είναι πάρα πολυ μικρό έχει λίγα αυτοκίνητα και ο τρόπος που πέφτουν οι ποινες στο multilayer είναι πολύ άδικος
2019 και κυκλοφορει ηδη καιρο, δεν γνωριζω πως ηταν σε "πληροτητα" μολις ειχε βγει.
Τωρα το δανειστηκα απο φιλο, και μετα που φορτωσα το update κλπ, ειναι πληρεστατο.
Διπλωματα, challenges κλπ, ολα καλα! Ισως παιρνεις σχετικα ευκολα χρυσο, ισως εχω βελτιωθει εγω πλεον, δεν ξερω.
Γραφικα απιστευτα! Ηχος πολυ καλος. Και τα background music αν και το χαμηλωνω, μια χαρα τραγουδακια ακουγονται!
Ομως..... Εχουμε 2019 και ακομα τα loading times κουραζουν. Επισης καταλαβαινω οτι εχουμε οντως 2019 και ειμαστε ολοι "συνδεμενοι" αλλα δε με τρελαινει που αν δεν συνδεθεις δε μπορεις να κανεις save, και μαλιστα δε σου το λεει 1-2 φορες, σου ΣΠΑΕΙ τα νευρα με τα pop-ups συνεχεια!!
Τα αυτοκινητα ειναι λιγα. Για Gran Turismo ειναι λιγα. Οι κατηγοριες αγωνων ειναι σε γενικες γραμμες οπως παλια. Δεν εχω προχωρησει αρκετα να δω με τους "αντοχης" κλπ τι γινεται.
Παντως ξεθαψα προσφατα το GT4 και το PS2, και το παιχνιδι ητανε απιστευτο. Προφανως τα γραφικα ητανε ελεϊνα σε σχεση με σημερα, αλλα σαν παιχνιδι απιστευτο σε πληροτητα, σε ολα.
Παντως το καινουριο θα επρεπε να ειναι καλυτερο. Δεν ειναι ομως σε καμμια περιπτωση κακο, ουτε μετριο.
Gran Turismo και playstation είναι συνοδοιπόροι στο χώρο των ηλεκτρονικών παιχνιδιών.Αγόρασα την συγκεκριμένη συλλεκτική έκδοση στα 45 ευρώ την ημέρα του Black Friday.
Αν δεν είναι κάποιος φαν του GT δεν θα του πρότεινα να δώσει 85 ευρώ για την συλλεκτική.20 ευρουδάκια για την απλή έκδοση μια χαρά είναι.
Με το παιχνίδι δεν ασχολήθηκα ιδιαίτερα γιατί παίζω το F1 2018,αλλά έχω άποψη για το παιχνίδι.
Η αλήθεια είναι ότι με έχει κουράσει ότι σε κάθε GT θα πρέπει να ξεκινάς με τα διπλώματα.Θα μπορούσαν μέσα από αγώνες να τα δίνουν.
Το GT είναι ένα υπέροχο παιχνίδι,αυτοκίνητα,γραφικά,ήχος,πίστες όλα σε πλήρη αρμονία υπόσχονται ατελείωτες ώρες παιχνιδιού.
Πιστεύω ότι κάθε κάτοχος PS4 κάποια στιγμή πρέπει να βάλει το δισκάκι του GT στην κονσόλα του.

Κλασσικά το αγαπημένο GT το λατρεύουμε για αυτό που είναι... Καλά γραφικά... Το μόνο που μου λείπει είναι να δω κάτι διαφορετικό από τα κλασσικά... Δηλαδή κάτι σαν open world mode... Αρκετά καλή τιμή θεωρώ... Το μόνο που δεν έχω δοκιμάσει και θέλω είναι να το οδηγήσω με τιμονιέρα...
