  Nice shoe, at first it takes a little getting used to its step and then you fly. It's for asphalt, but I also run on dirt without any problem.   Μετά από ένα χρόνο χρήσης και πάνω από 1400km, μπορώ να πω ότι το παπούτσι το ξέρω καλά. Τρομερή ποιότητα κατασκευής, αντοχή υλικών και δρομική οικονομία για μεσαίες και μεγάλες αποστάσεις (10-42km). Δεν είναι παπούτσι για μικρές αποστάσεις και μεγάλες ταχύτητες. Μέτριο βάρος. Θα σε πάει μακρυά με άνεση και σταθερότητα. Κατάλληλο για δρομείς με ουδέτερο πάτημα και υποπρηνισμό.

  Τα παπούτσια έχουν καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής,πυκνή ύφανση ,η οποία τα καθιστά πιο ανθεκτικά αλλά δεν έχουν τόσο καλό αερισμό.ψηλη σόλα,άνετη ,με εξαιρετικη επιστροφη ενέργειας,ιδανική για γρήγορα τρεξίματα,προσωπικά δεν ξέρω αν βολεύει για μακρινές αποστάσεις,για περπάτημα δεν ενδείκνυται,το πόδι κρατιέται πολυ σταθερό μέσα στο παπούτσι,γενικά είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος,μόνο αρνητικό ότι στην αρχή το ύφασμα πιεζε απίστευτα τα πόδια μου μπροστα,ιδίως στο δεξί πόδι ,πιεζόταν πολύ το μικρό δάχτυλο από το πλάι κ από το πάνω μέρος,μετα από κάθε τρέξιμο είχα πληγες ,άνοιξαν ευτυχώς μετά από πολύ καιρό, ταλαιπωρηθηκα αρκετα,το παπούτσι έχει ΠΟΛΥ ΣΤΕΝΗ ΓΡΑΜΜΗ,ακόμα κ για εμάς που εχουμε λεπτό ποδι.Συνήθως αγόραζα nike κ ποτέ δεν είχα συναντήσει τέτοια προβλήματα,γ αυτό κ καλό είναι όταν αγοράζεις αθλητικά να τα δοκιμάζεις πρώτα,το κάθε παπούτσι έχει διαφορετική εφαρμογη,φοράω 43 σε nike _42 2/3 σε adidas κ 43,5 σε asics,δεν νομίζω πως με να το αγοράσει κάποιος μισό νουμερο μεγαλυτερο θα έλυνε το προβλημα.για 100 μέχρι 120 ευρώ είναι πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή!

  Even though it takes a few days to get used to it because at first your foot feels somewhat strange, it is the ultimate running shoe. Very comfortable, very functional, and beautiful. Taking into consideration a comment I saw, that it is a bit narrow in the toes, I got half a size bigger as suggested. In the end, I didn't need it and the comment about a bigger size probably applies to wide feet.

  After Nike and Adidas, I ended up with Hoka, and I was satisfied. Until I got the Glideride, and even for only 102€. Incredible stability and comfort, absorption and propulsion, especially in the front part of the sole, which serves me well because I avoid landing on my heels due to my bad knees. I run 10 times a month, 7-8km with a pace of 6min/km. Anyone who does moderate-intensity training should get them without hesitation.

  1.80 ύψος 84-85 κιλά...Τρέχω χρόνια και είχα καταλήξει στον αφρό της Adidas και στα Saucony.. Κατόπιν προτροπής φίλου δρομέα είπα να τα δοκιμάσω...
  Δεν υπάρχουν τα συγκεκριμένα...Με το που τα φοράς ξέρεις ότι αυτά τα παπούτσια είναι μόνο για τρεξιμο..400χλμ μέχρι τώρα και είναι σαν καινούρια.
