Completely fake product!!!
The first time it worked very satisfactorily. The second time it didn't work and now I plan to return it because I recently bought it.
It's not worth its money. I paid around 50 euros for it and it broke twice. Luckily, you have the right to exchange it. It has satisfactory pressure and after a few days, you actually see results in the areas where you apply it. It did a good job on my neck and waist. The problem is that it's not a durable device. Within a month, it stopped working and its usage was neither daily nor for many hours. The screws also came off for me, but that's the least of it, you can open it and screw them back in. I would rate it with 5 stars for the results it has on your muscles and 1 star for its durability. For some reason, it stops working in certain areas where it normally works or one side has contact and the other doesn't. For a Chinese product, I would have paid 20 euros and not close to 50, which is what I paid. It's worth noting that it hasn't even been a year since I bought it and it has already broken twice.
Quite a satisfactory massage device. In intense pain (e.g. high on the back or shoulders), it does the job of relieving pain and relaxing muscles within a short period of time (I have noticed a difference in about 15-20 minutes). Now, due to the short cable, it needs a chair or armchair close to a power outlet because it doesn't reach far. Similarly, the mention of heat is indeed through infrared. When I activated this function, the light turned on, however, the sensation of heat was not intense, meaning the difference was about 10-20%, in other words, barely noticeable. Overall, though, it is good for what it offers and especially effective for people with intense muscle pain (tested on a relative).
Very good product. Quality construction, provides great relief for the neck and back. You can also use it on your legs. Satisfactory intensity, the heating function is not very strong. It's worth it.
Very good for neck massage and any other part of the body that you have tension. I also used it on my glutes after running and I immediately felt great relief.
It does the job! I have had it for almost a year and it has saved me from a lot of pain!!!
However, it is a product of mediocre quality. My complaints are:
1) The plastic parts that function as pressure devices get unscrewed every 2nd or 3rd use. I will try using lock tight to see if it helps.
2) The connection plug with my power supply broke and I have to replace it (soldering iron, solder, new plug, etc.)
If I were to buy again, I would probably try something cheaper just because I bought the most expensive one available at that time and it caused damages. While I was 100% satisfied at first, it started unscrewing and recently the plug broke for no reason.
Purchase price last year was around 45 euros.

Very good product. I have suffered a lot with my neck, to the point where I can stay in bed for hours with dizziness, even vomiting. The device helped me significantly. It requires a little attention, as if you persist for a long time in the same spot continuously, you risk getting stuck. The intensity essentially depends on how strongly you pull the handles, relaxing the pull a little reduces the pressure. It relieved me even in my lower back, which I did not expect. The only annoying thing is the noise during operation.
I wouldn't say it's the ideal solution. In terms of quality, it's so-so. All products of this type are the same, so it's better to go for the cheaper option. I don't think it has much durability either.
Very good product. Sturdy construction although with some reservations as I haven't worn it out in use. It's a paradise for the neck/spine. I put it on and it puts me to sleep. In other areas, it's so-so. You have to find the right way to position it to satisfy you. But it still gets the job done. It's worth its money. I would buy it again.
Unfortunately, in less than 6 months, the device "died". Without a reason because due to obligations I had not used it for a long time. And today I tried and it wouldn't turn on at all. I would understand if it died after 2 years for a Chinese device, but 6 months is a bit too soon.

I gave it 5 stars, but I think it would be more appropriate to wait 1-2 months to see other issues, such as durability over time, build quality, potential damage from use, etc. However, for the first day I used it, my thought is this: "It's so good that I want to marry it." I will come back in a few weeks. One thing is for sure, it is easy to use (take it out of the box, press the button, and that's it) and the results are immediate. Especially in the neck area, which is more strained for us programmers (then comes the waist).
I gave it 4 stars because with the first uses there was noise coming from the massage points. When I opened the zipper to see the mechanism, I found that the two plastics had come unscrewed from their base. I screwed them back in and so far everything is fine. Obviously, poor assembly from the factory. As a machine, however, it does its job very well, but let's see if it will withstand the test of time.
Well... I won't go into commenting on the speeds, the heat function, etc.

Effectiveness:
With chronic neck syndrome, numerous physiotherapies and medical treatments. I consider it to be a device that does a very good job on the neck (trapezius and neck), but also on other muscle groups such as the rhomboids of the back or even the legs. Personally, I bought it for my neck and I am satisfied. The sensation is like getting a professional massage and with the proper adjustment of position, tilt, and pressure, it does a comprehensive job. After the massage, you feel your head much lighter and the tired muscles relieved. It's worth its money, and this particular one is made of quality materials and seems durable. Even my wife, who doesn't have neck issues, enjoyed it.
Especially for someone with neck problems, I would recommend it blindly.

I'm coming back after two years, on 19/04/2022, where it broke, probably the cable has been cut or disconnected, I'll see where I can take it for repair, if it's worth it of course, but these two years I changed the lights, it worked with a lot of pressure, I can't complain, it relieved perfectly, if I buy another one, I will prefer the same!

I have a chronic cooling problem on the right side of my back. It stiffens with the slightest cold. For a month, I felt a stab at that point and had difficulty turning my head to the right. Searching the internet for massage devices, I saw several of this type, as well as many others of different types.

From the 3rd to the 4th use, I had impressive results. I'm not saying that the problem was solved 100%, but I stopped hurting and I have freedom of movement. I use it for 30 minutes every day. At first, the massage hurts. But after a few uses, you get used to it and enjoy it. In the end, my wife also uses it.
The motor seems strong. Despite applying considerable pressure, it doesn't block. The infrareds are not noticeable, but from the reviews on similar devices, I see that the same thing happens.
My only concern is the durability of the fabric on the rotating massage heads. How much can it withstand? Will it eventually tear from friction?
I consider that I made a good purchase. I give it 5 stars for the great help it has provided me.
