First of all, I did not buy the motherboard now. I had bought it a while ago for less than 50 euros. Back then, it was an amazing value for money, but now that it's priced at 100 euros, things have changed.
I chose it because for this price, there was no other motherboard with a heatsink on the capacitors, 4 RAM slots, and many connectivity ports (including VGA, which is a good combination if you have a budget PC without a graphics card and with a cheap monitor; we used an old one to save money and invest it in the rest of the hardware).
The BIOS offers all the options you might need, although I rated it as average because I encountered an obstacle along the way. And I'll explain:
So, my friend finally decided to go for the 5600X processor and of course, he bought a graphics card. We started experiencing blue screens or black screens with the computer abruptly shutting down or restarting. We tried many things (benchmarks and stress tests, while also changing parts from the hardware) to conclude that there was nothing faulty. Everything was fine during the tests. In games, and with specific titles, we had issues. Eventually, we changed the BIOS with the appropriate one (see the MSI website) and the problems were solved. I wrote a detailed account of the adventure to help others who might be looking for the same solution.
In conclusion, many say that if you want to go for a high-end processor, this motherboard is not suitable. I disagree, you just need to do a BIOS update with the right version for your processor (if you're lucky, you might not even need it). Others said that while the processor may be compatible, you need to get a much more expensive motherboard if you want to upgrade to the 560X because cheap motherboards are not cut out for it... Generally, I agree with this logic to a great extent, but in this case, I disagree. As long as it has the necessary specifications, if you find it cheap, get it and do the update if needed. It handles temperatures well! At least in my project with a mediocre case and fans, there are no issues.
Also, now that it's no longer cheap, it should not be considered inferior, as if it became good now that it's more expensive, but before it was worthless... Nonsense.
Finally, it is small and fits almost anywhere, without lacking anything essential.
I would give it 5 stars if it hadn't reached 100 euros. With that money, you can buy a full ATX...
I recommend it even for a budget PC with good upgrade prospects if the price drops again.
As it stands now, it is recommended for a powerful PC in a small case, as a smart space-saving solution (e.g., work environment, small office, small house, or as a living room PC-console & multimedia station). It truly fits all, but at this price, you can get a larger motherboard. Its only advantage compared to others at this price is its size.
