I bought it after the rave reviews I saw on skroutz and foreign websites, and I can say that not only was I satisfied, but it opened my eyes regarding skincare. The product is a substance with a strange texture that is easily and quickly absorbed, leaving a nice feeling of freshness. Results are noticeable from the first application. It is not used alone, but in combination with other skincare products. I apply it immediately after cleansing. After applying this specific serum, I use a niacinamide serum in the morning (The Ordinary) or a hyaluronic serum at night (also The Ordinary), and finally a moisturizing cream. The combination of this product with a hydrating serum and the moisturizing cream naturally provides an incredible hydration boost. I was wondering why, even though I use a good cream (a moisturizing anti-aging cream with ceramides, hyaluronic acid, peptides, and aloe vera), my skin showed signs of dehydration. As soon as I supplemented my moisturizer with these specific serums, I looked closely at my face under the strong light of the bathroom mirror and noticed that the tiny lines that make the skin look rough had disappeared, despite the muscle contractions of my face. Conclusion: there is no need to buy expensive creams or constantly change moisturizer brands. Just choose a cream that suits your skin type and age, and supplement it with this serum plus another hyaluronic acid serum. This specific product can easily replace toner in your routine (although toners do a completely different job of removing oil and sebum residues after cleansing) because its benefits and results are infinitely greater, such as properly hydrated, radiant, and smooth skin without any signs or redness.
I know that I may be one of the few negative reviews... I gave it chances, stopping and starting again.
Firstly, I will say that I had intense breakouts in the cheek area (I never get pimples there). And secondly, and most importantly, I did not feel it moisturizing at all. I wonder how this product is supposed to be moisturizing. It has a sticky texture that is workable (due to the snail composition), but it absorbs immediately and I don't feel any hydration, quite the opposite, I would say, dryness. I hope it works better for others!
My daughter has been using this for a year and she has oily, acne-prone skin... I must say, this product works wonders
After 3 months of use, I have not seen any difference other than maybe simple hydration. No relation to all the things I had read in reviews that it does - at least on my skin.
It has gone viral for good reasons. Incredible anti-inflammatory protection and antibacterial, it helped me a lot with some pimples I had and it is quite moisturizing compared to serums
Very good for essence but definitely very light for hydration. It needs hyaluronic serum afterwards for complete hydration. I have oily skin and I only use serum.

It is good, it has not caused me any problems. You definitely need to use it with other products because on its own it won't do a great job. For example, I use it after cleansing my face, then I apply hyaluronic acid, followed by a moisturizer and a little oil at the end to make my skin more shiny. It's perfect, I recommend it!
Apart from simple hydration, it doesn't seem to offer anything else. There is a plethora of products at a similar or even lower price, which include active ingredients in their composition that actually work on the skin, while also leaving it adequately hydrated. This particular product has been heavily promoted for a long time by influencers on TikTok and other similar platforms, however, this unfortunately is often not indicative of the effectiveness of the respective product. In short, it is not a bad product, but it is overrated.
Great moisturizing primer. It feels cool when you put it on like a light gel, spreads easily. It has no scent. I put it on and by the time I brush my teeth it's absorbed so I put moisturizer on top. It gives me the impression that it strengthens the skin barrier and reduces irritation after retinol or glycolic acid.
I liked the hydration it provides to the skin to the point where in the summer especially, you can easily wear it on its own without moisturizer. Very light, odorless, and absorbs perfectly. However, as a product supposed to do rejuvenation, fade marks, etc., personally, after a year of use, I didn't see anything like that

I bought it from abroad and I have not used any similar product in the past. I apply it morning and night after cleansing to prepare my skin to receive my moisturizers. Its texture is amazing and it gives a mirror effect on the skin. I recommend you to give it a try but always do a patch test first to make sure you are not allergic to its ingredients. Always use on slightly damp skin.
Magical product!! If you know how to use it, it provides full hydration and the so-called glass skin. It should be used on damp skin and only 2 pumps are enough to give you results. I love it and will constantly buy it because it is very affordable.
Awesome essence, I apply it after double cleansing and toner so that my skin can absorb the rest of my skincare routine products. In combination with other products, it works wonders
Very good start for initiating any routine. It revitalizes the skin, strengthens it, and can accept anything from there and beyond.
It is definitely not for all skin types. I have dry skin without any blemishes. I rarely get pimples, but I do have occasional redness. Every time I used it, whether with proper preparation or not, I developed pimples. It may be due to the combination of products on my skin, but whenever I skipped this product in my routine, I did not get pimples.
It is a product that definitely is not for all skin types as claimed. I have normal to combination skin with acne tendency and I can say that it not only did not help with acne marks and some active pimples, but they actually multiplied and the marks became quite red. However, it does give a glow and the skin appears somewhat firmer in clean areas. I will be patient and continue using it for a month to see if anything changes for the better. For now, it definitely is not worth the hype (at least for me) nor the money.
I can't understand what it does, since I use many different things, but I like its texture and it doesn't smell at all! I bought it again, even though I haven't finished the first bottle yet. I will come back!
Slightly sticky upon application but not at all bothersome (absorbs quickly and without fragrance). Provides a hydrating sensation before the serum or cream. Anyway, the expectations from a product called "facial moisturizing essence" at this price cannot be high
It really hydrates and gives a glow, absorbs very quickly, and helps with the absorption of subsequent products. It has no scent. For youthful skin, I believe it works well on its own as a serum, for mature skin like mine (46 years old), it is the ideal essence

It is very moisturizing and leaves a light feeling. It absorbs easily and the skin is smooth and very soft after use. I haven't achieved that juicy, plump, glass skin that everyone talks about, but I am very satisfied and will definitely buy it again!

What can I say about Cosrx products? One is better than the other, with this super famous essence being the best, of course. It's not a coincidence that it's a must-have all over the planet. Koreans have a philosophy of hydration from a very young age and they have lightweight products that fully hydrate and soothe without being heavy. On my oily skin, one product is better than the other, it saved me. I thought it was a completely unnecessary product. It's an essence, meaning it goes after toner (first hydration and pH restoration) and before serum(s) on fresh skin. It's slightly sticky (not a big deal), takes 1 minute to absorb, but I've never felt my skin so hydrated in my life. It's like all the subsequent products I apply sit better. I may try and change creams and serums, but this one will never go away.
Update 1.5 years later: I continue to use it without hesitation, now I also use hyaluronic acid, I need more moisture (40 with retinol and vitamin C daily). Cosrx hydrates and nourishes, I apply it after hyaluronic acid to "lock it in". I won't change it.
