    It is very difficult to tie it on yourself with the Velcro straps. You definitely need help. When running, the straps come loose and it goes left and right, very bad

    Just received it, the material is good, the weight is easy to remove/add. The only thing that concerns me is the tightening, which is a bit difficult to do by oneself or I haven't found the way yet. Otherwise, it seems quite decent. 4 stars because it tightens with difficulty and there is difficulty in doing it by the wearer.

    Update 1 year later:
    The above still holds true, I will add that it is NOT suitable for running, and I will deduct another star for this reason, with a different tightening method it would have been much more value for money.
