  Yes, it works and very well indeed (almost without scrubbing... on very dirty rims). However, be careful if your lug nuts have plastic or plastic-chrome caps as it may cause damage (fading). Okay, they don't get completely ruined (there are products and techniques for restoring faded plastics) but it's an extra hassle if you're picky about your car. So it would be good to remove them before application and be cautious with the other plastic parts. Now for those who apply it on plastic hubcaps, I imagine there will be a clear coat, so there shouldn't be a problem there. They could mention something in the usage instructions/warnings though. It does smell strongly bad but there are similar products that smell even worse. Use of gloves, a well-ventilated area, and KEEP AWAY from children is recommended. It has a competitive price and I would definitely buy it again.

  Without many words.... on a dirty tracer 7 rim I managed without any rubbing, illegally with two-handed passing the k2 throwing it in between and in the end water with a pressure washer to make the rim shine. Clearly Value for money with the only note to leave it for a few minutes to act and rinse it very well. It will take a little patience for the smell because it smells anything but lavender.
