This review is about the type: Chef

I have it for 2 years and it hasn't had any issues. It's not my main knife though. I have a cheap one for all the tasks. However, when I have to finely chop a lot or want to quickly get things done, I take it out and finish in no time. Its edge lasts as long as you give it proper sharpening. It is very lightweight and quickly becomes familiar. Truly high-quality metal and it shows from the first moment you hold it. It's worth its money. A good tool for professionals.
