In my size, they are big with thin socks. I added another pair of insoles with the same socks and they still felt a little loose on me.. I didn't exchange them to send them back and get a smaller size because with the additional second pair of insoles I put in, and with a pair of thick socks, I think they will be fine... since as I mentioned earlier, I wear them with very thin summer socks.

For size 44, they were quite tight and I returned them. Quite good quality for their price, if they fit you.

For their price, they are AMAZING... I use them for hiking and in difficult areas in caves in Greece and in mine tunnels in Lavrio WHERE THEY DON'T SLIP,,, THEY ARE ALSO VERY BEAUTIFUL.... (Their only drawback is that they are very warm for the summer) THEY ARE WORTH THEIR MONEY AND MORE
