The book "Work, Employment Relations and Employment Policies for People with Disabilities" scientifically and multidimensionally covers the issue of the employment integration of people with disabilities on both a theoretical and practical level. The writing of the book was based on the gap in the literature and the needs of academic teaching, which the author identified from her position as a university professor and researcher in the relevant field. The book addresses the conceptual approaches to disability and work, the employment reality of people with disabilities, the treatment of their work, employment relations, their equal access and participation in the work-social sphere, forms of employment, as well as other related supportive regulations and actions at the state level. The edition is aimed at students, people with disabilities, employers, state agencies, and any reader interested in being informed on the subject. The author's goal is for the book to serve as a foundation for a potential change in the employment and broader social integration of people with disabilities, through comprehensive knowledge that has the power to change attitudes, perceptions, and practices.
