Usage Instructions:

  • Mix with water until you get a semi-liquid gel form, but not thick enough to run. 
  • Suitable for bruises, arthritis-related pain, muscle pain, colitis, back pain. 
  • Continuous use is recommended for at least 15 days for better results.
  • Not suitable for the eye area.
