I took this Solgar at the moment because the pharmacist recommended it to me and told me that it has the same ingredients plus vitamin D but I don't feel the same energy as with Lamberts. The next purchase will definitely be of these specific vitamins.

They are very good vitamins, you don't feel the energy immediately but if you take them in the morning, you have energy and vitality for the rest of the day until late at night!

I have been using this specific company for over 20 years and I consider it to be the best in its field. I started with the Multi Max, which was discontinued and replaced by the ADR. It is recommended by my doctor. The usage he had told me is once a day after lunch.

I have been taking them for a few days now since my doctor recommended them to me. They smell like dried fruit, but the pill is very big and therefore difficult to swallow. Luckily, I bought the small packaging, for now I break them in half and still struggle. :( I can't tell if it's doing its job, for now I'm struggling with the pill.
