So far, it's perfect. Very good response and my hand fits perfectly. I have had it for 2 months and I am very satisfied.
Unfortunately, I did not trust the reviews 100% and I said that some people here will exaggerate...
However, everyone has covered what I wanted to write...
The wheel lasted me 6 months.
It loses settings... The iCUE is terrible.
It does not update whether you connect it or not, it just does whatever it wants on its own...
The only positive thing I could say about this mouse is that it has an incredible grip... my hand never got tired no matter how many hours I spent gaming and it never gave me any issues with the Bluetooth...
Only 2 stars just for the grip and weight... it's ideal... what a shame...
Non-existent connection. It constantly loses its settings even when connected with the cable. There is no way to make it work. 70 euros wasted.
Malfunctioning icue software - the mouse connects and disconnects and its sensitivity works according to the program's "moods". The program needs to be activated for maximum performance. I reinstalled it from scratch. Corsair needs to work on upgrading it.
IMPORTANT: The construction materials are cheap.
The upper surface of the mouse has been damaged and, most importantly, ONE CLIP OF THE WHEEL BROKE AND THE MOUSE BECAME USELESS. This product had moderate use for about 24 months.
To me, the plastic axle of the wheel has broken and I simply went to Logitech (g502) and it broke in 2 weeks of use. And it's a shame because it was the most comfortable mouse I've ever had...
Although the mouse is comfortable and easy to hold and has a good weight, as many have said and unfortunately I did not see the reviews, after a year of use (and now obviously it is not under warranty where I bought it) the rubber of the wheel broke... Buy something else and not this one.. Regardless of its good features, it is not worth its money mainly for its durability.
The worst mouse I have ever used. Yes, it has plenty of buttons, but whoever designed them probably hasn't held a mouse in their hands because the distances between the buttons make it uncomfortable.
It is huge and convenient for those with large palms, but...
It has connectivity issues and they started showing up from the third day. I had to reset it twice in the first week. Additionally, the iCUE program that controls the mouse is unacceptable. It's the worst purchase I have made.
I recommend it to anyone who has an hour to waste every day to reset it and reconnect it to the computer.
P.S. If you save profiles in the internal memory, the Bluetooth connection doesn't work and it requires a reset. The technical support is at least laughable. They responded after 2 weeks saying that's how it works.
I have changed it twice. The wheel is supported by a plastic axle, resulting in easy breakage!
The software is terrible, as well as the company's firmware. If you update to the latest firmware, it will disconnect you from the program, causing you to lose profiles. A temporary solution is to close and reopen the mouse. A permanent solution is to uninstall the program and install an older version of ICUE, disconnect from the internet, and update the firmware to an older version.
Problem with the dpi up and down buttons. No matter how you set them, they will change the dpi simultaneously.
These are just a few issues. The company doesn't care to solve the problems and suggests RMA, with shipping costs of 50 euros!
It's not worth the money
