Very good and small! I would give it 5 stars if it was priced at 20€ or below.
It is a little heavier than one would expect for the size but not something extreme.
The blade is very stable as long as you are cutting away from you. The scissors are pretty good but could do with little sharpening off the box if you want to cut something tougher than paracord
For its price, the convenience in terms of size and the number of tools it has is great.
I bought this multitool for the first time almost 10 years ago from the US ebay, but I ended up losing it, so I decided to get another one. I have many multitools, so why did I buy this one? It is the only multitool of its size that you can have on your keychain. It is high-quality and has so many tools that you can use daily for light tasks. It is not suitable for heavy use; the old one I had broke the screwdriver when I tried to unscrew a screw from a rack. However, for someone who doesn't do heavy work and wants to have it with them on a daily basis, it is perhaps the best option. The only problem is the price, which in my opinion should be below 20 euros.
I am an owner and collector of many multitools. This particular one is quite beautiful, but not functional at all. To judge a tool, you have to work with it. Well, its pliers are not sharp at all. I mean, if you try to cut a thin wire, it doesn't cut it. It slips forward and doesn't grip it to be able to cut it. Its file is nonexistent due to its size, and it is of very poor quality. It doesn't grip the metal at all and it gets worn out instead of the piece you want to file. Its scissors are only good for paper. The tool for cutting tape in a box is also very delicate, and after a few cuts, it doesn't cut well. Overall, it is a nice multitool, but that's about it. Its quality is well below average. It is good for anyone who wants it for display purposes. Beautiful... For anyone who wants it for work, better leave it.
After 5 months of use, unfortunately it proved unreliable.
The link that connects the multitool to the keys has opened and needs replacement. The blade on the scissors broke, resulting in no reset. The screwdriver with the file has bent. Overall, the alloy used is not suitable for much.
This time Gerber made a very good small pocket multitool where all the tools work very well and the scissors cut perfectly and the small pliers are okay, very good and extremely useful (but also rare) is the sharp hook ideal for opening packages, cutting hard plastics like tie-ups without damaging the blade and scissors. The only negative thing, let's say, is the tiny file which, due to its size and its position next to the carrying ring, is not so functional. Its price is also very good
It is a pretty good EDC multitool for as long as it lasts. Personally, I would never trust these tiny tools for anything specific. However, it is still something valuable as an emergency solution, with a size that can even fit in our keychain along with a reliable small flashlight like the Tiki in the photo.
I believe we should realize the uses and durability of a pocket tool and decide accordingly. Its competitor would probably be something like the Leatherman Squirt PS4 or a small Victorinox. I wouldn't spend €54 (which is the price of the Squirt in Greece) because simply put, I don't expect great reliability from any tiny multitool. The only thing I need for an hour of emergency outside the house is the blade/knife and the pliers with the cutter. I see the rest as extras.
The knife is pretty good, the box opener as well, and the scissors are relatively good but not like a regular pair of scissors, for example, Solingen. The pliers are sturdy enough for light tasks, as is the cutter. If I want something reliable, then I will spend 100+ on a medium-sized multitool. Let's not exaggerate for something that costs less than €30, even though in America they can find it for $20 at most.
