  This particular pasta sheet machine is fantastic. Good for its price. I bought it on sale for 12 euros. It easily opens the dough while having 7 openings, but in reality, you only use 4 out of the 7. The largest opening is not big enough to pass the dough on the first try, and you will need to knead it. If you manage, you can make wonderful ravioli and linguini. I would rate it 5 stars, but it loses one star in the handle rotation and another in maintenance. The crank is easily removed from the machine, as shown in the photo I uploaded. You constantly need to be careful about how you rotate the crank while rolling out the dough, which can be challenging. If there was a lock to hold the crank on the machine while you work with it, it would be perfect. It requires attention in maintenance, no washing with water, just wiping, possibly to prevent the internal parts from rusting, which will also make it difficult if the dough you make sticks.
