    This pair of scissors is for celebrations, when I received it the screw was very tight, making it very difficult to open and close. I oiled it but it didn't help. I had to loosen the screw, then I noticed that the blades inside are curved, they are not aligned properly, resulting in a gap in the middle and it only cuts at the tip of the scissors.
