A product that will give you a hard time. If you turn up the heat, it burns everything, and if you lower it, it takes forever to cook. Maybe with a non-stick membrane, something could be done. The grill surface was scratched from the beginning. Also, it's only good for frying or boiling, like a simple gas stove. I cooked raw or burnt fish, chicken, and vegetables twice, and they all stuck. The second time, I had to put wooden skewers on the grill to cook a chicken fillet. I'm looking to buy something else, a waste of money.
