  It does what it says, doubling the speeds, except in cases where you have multiple branching in sockets like I have in some parts of my house, be careful it does not work with previous devolo systems, I tested it.

  I received the devolo magic 2 wifi. It's like having the router next to you. Connected to an asus vdsl voip router on the ground floor of my house, it transfers flawlessly and without any loss to the third floor. I highly recommend it. The best powerline I have ever tried

  As another friend said, it's like bringing the router next to you!

  Excellent!!! Before this, I had a pair of TP-Link. Coincidentally, it worked from floor to floor. But when I changed the socket on the second machine, the internet became a thing of the past. After much trial and endless troubleshooting, and after trying a thousand different ways with no result, I sought a solution through a friend who is an electrician, who simply told me that all these PowerLine devices, in order to work with three-phase power (like I have in my house), must be placed in sockets that are in the same phase. This in itself creates a serious problem, as in a three-story building with a rooftop terrace, you cannot search for which sockets are in the same phase. But even if you find them, it is not certain that any specific position will be functionally convenient. Searching the internet for the correlation between three-phase power and PowerLine, I read about the Devolo Magic 2 Wi-Fi, that it is the only device that can work with three-phase power without any problem. I bought it with some reservation (one month ago). The result is unbelievable! In no time, it scans all the phases and works everywhere! And not just works... It is stable, fast, without any obstacles and without any trace of malfunction. I also paired its Wi-Fi with the router, and from the street to the rooftop terrace, the Wi-Fi has a signal everywhere, 5 out of 5. I informed my electrician about it, so that he knows for future cases of three-phase power. I highly recommend it!!! The device is truly EXCELLENT!!!!
