I chose this product because it had a good price for the quantity it offers. I didn't notice a significant difference in my hair (although there was some difference), but it's also because it's already long. However, my nails were growing very quickly. I would buy the product again because, as I mentioned before, the price is good for the quantity of capsules and the amount of biotin mcg it contains.
