The pan from the company HOMie is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, particularly resistant to rust, and very quick to heat up. We recommend choosing this pan if you want to cook 2-3 servings of food. 

It would be preferable to use the pan on medium heat sources, for better heat control during cooking. To maintain the non-stick coating in good condition, we advise letting the pan cool before cleaning it and avoiding abrasive cleaning pads. Opt for a soft, synthetic sponge.
