I believe that this vacuum cleaner surpasses others in this category because it has everything you need: power (which can be adjusted), build quality, enough cord to do your job, practical and spacious bin, air filters (Hepa), beautiful design and even at a very good price... only 80€ including shipping! I tried it and was amazed at how much dirt it collected from my (seemingly) clean carpets! Very good!

Unfortunately, on the 3rd use, the hose detached from the handle (as seen in the photo). For around 70€, you know you won't get the best quality, but with such a defect, it's like throwing your money away, as the device becomes completely useless. The plastic parts are not of good quality (expected for the price), but for them not to withstand the intended work is unacceptable. The parts of the handle with the hose are glued together with a little bit of super glue. Just a thin layer. They even skimped on the amount of glue used. It would be better if they raised the price and created a better product, rather than this faulty one that makes the customer feel deceived. I don't know if I sound unreasonable, but I didn't want to waste 70€. It's better to choose something else.

P.S.: I didn't call customer service because I imagine they would just add a little more glue. So, to avoid the wait, I did it myself. Guess what... It came off again, just like the first time. Maybe I'll call the company's service center to see what they suggest. If I have any updates, I'll let you know.

P.P.S.: I went to an authorized service center in the area, and Samsung said, "such damage is the customer's responsibility and not covered by the warranty..." and all this without any shame. Thanks to the technician who, to his credit, didn't accept any money because he found it unacceptable.

In conclusion: Choose a different product!

Inside, where I looked, I saw glue residues. Who knows what happened, others returned it and sold it to me. Who cares? That's why our country is going down... Luckily, there was an internal thread where the flexible hose came out and I screwed it in, but counterclockwise, and now it's fine. All this shows the alleged interest of the company to deal with the issue, which they "threw away" with indifference to me, i.e. to the next customer. There is bad marketing and sales policy. The company suffers in terms of product control and strategic planning.

    The worst thing about this vacuum cleaner is that the handle keeps coming off, and if you go to the Kassandrou service in Thessaloniki, be prepared for the test to be done on the rug they have with their big dog.     From the beginning, it had problems with its operation. The rotary power adjustment switch from one point onwards did not work properly and had to be constantly turned to full power until it gave up. It was returned, within the warranty period, to the company and after almost 2 months... it is ignored. Despite continuous communication and assurances, nothing has been done. Avoid it mainly for the service, as it shows how serious a company is.

    In the positives, it has satisfactory suction power and adjustable intensity, something that was considered impossible in cyclonic vacuum cleaners in the past.
    The build quality is mediocre. The dust bin is very small and the internal arrangement does not help in properly separating the dust from the heavier debris, resulting in almost everything ending up in the final filter. The filter itself is also subpar (very thin layer of EPA and sponge on top) and after just one cleaning on a surface of only 40 square meters, it needed cleaning and washing.
    The vacuum cleaner I received was defective in the telescopic arm (it did not lock at the desired height) and as a result, I managed to return it to the store for a refund.
    I would not buy it again.

    What sets it apart is that it doesn't leave any odors or dust. It has a bagless bin and empties easily, which is incredibly practical. It's not a lightweight and flexible vacuum, it only has one accessory with bristles for dust, nothing else. The unpleasant surprise for me was the shutdown due to overheating. I had to let it cool down in order for it to work again, a problem I never encountered even with €20 electric vacuums.

    Don't be fooled by its low price. I haven't seen a more powerful vacuum cleaner, it leaves nothing behind in its path. One of its advantages is also the long cord, so you don't have to change outlets often.
    The only downside is the small dustbin that needs to be emptied every 2 or so uses for general household cleaning. Emptying the dustbin is a process that takes a few seconds.
    I highly recommend it.
