Our experience was very good regarding the company from which we ordered it (VIMAX), which delivered it to us the next day, with very good service. Our problems started AFTER the washing machine arrived. They have nothing to do with the washing machine itself. It is very good and smart, beautiful and cleans very well from what it seems. The problem was the installation. If you have the willingness to call someone to do the job, do it. However, to help someone poor who wants to install it on their own, like me, I will write the process here. I did it for the first time and struggled because I didn't know and the instructions sometimes omit details that are considered known.

First, you need to make sure you have three things: 1. Power outlet at 1.3m from the back of the washing machine. The water supply may be a bit further away, and the drainage a bit further (around 2m). The power outlet has a diameter of 3.5cm and the water supply is much larger because it has a filter right at the supply. These are important details because you need to see what you have before you install it.
SOMETHING ELSE BEFORE YOU BUY IT! If, like us, you moved into a new house that has this type of washing machine, check what the person who built your kitchen has thought about! This specific washing machine has its buttons on the top part of the door. This means that the cabinet that comes and sits in front of it must be approximately at the SAME height as the adjacent ones. If the cabinet that your carpenter has made is shorter, then it is designed for a washing machine WITH THE SCREEN AND BUTTONS IN FRONT, NOT ON TOP. So, this is something important that you need to check. Also, obviously, the dimensions of the washing machine.
Now, regarding the installation, the steps are as follows:
1. Use the paper that comes with it to screw two screws into the cabinet, in which two plastic attachments go to hold it in place on the door. The door is quite hard at the beginning because it is designed to open normally with the weight of the cabinet. The numbers on the paper correspond to the length of the cabinet. For example, 444mm or 448mm.
2. Place the cabinet in the slots and bring it "flush" with the top part of the door, as much as possible. Then screw 4 screws that are around the perimeter.
3. Pass the hoses behind the kitchen boxes, guiding them towards the sink, where the supply and drainage obviously are.
4. To insert the washing machine, it comes backwards (so you need to remove the bottom strip of the kitchen). When it is halfway in, lift the washing machine to reach the desired height. The front 2 legs are raised by unscrewing them (it will help if someone lifts it very carefully because the side aluminum panels are very thin and sensitive). The back leg is raised by a red hexagonal screw that is IN FRONT! (Yes, it does not raise in the same way as the front ones...) It is important to have a level to check the elevation. If it is not adjusted correctly, it will be unstable and will leave water in the drum (Yes, the saying can be affected...)
5. Once leveled, it comes back in while simultaneously pulling the hoses from the other side to prevent them from getting pinched and damaged!
6. When it is in place, screw 2 screws on the countertop (unless the countertop is made of marble or similar material) and 2 screws on the side. IF IT HAS DISTANCE from the side, it has 2 threaded plastics (one on each side) that come out a little further and hold)

IMPORTANT: Outside the package come 2 sticks. I honestly did not understand with complete certainty what they do. The instructions show that such a stick goes on top, but it does not fit, nor does it seem to do anything. In a Whirlpool video on YouTube, the technician says that these serve to raise the dishwasher if the space is higher than the legs reach.

AFTER INSTALLING IT, you need to add salt and rinse aid (or otherwise polish). I have not understood with certainty if this is necessary when using tablets (the instructions are a bit vague). However, if you want to add salt, do the following: Open the salt container on the left, and using the funnel, pour SPECIAL DISHWASHER SALT and water at the same time ONLY THE FIRST TIME YOU DO THIS. It takes about 1.5 liters of water. Also, put rinse aid in the right position of the door (viewing it from the outside), but it should not run. If it runs, you need to wipe it off.

I write these for those who, like me, have no idea about dishwashers and think, like me, that it will make their life easier... (it will, just not on the first day!!!!)

  It is a simple, honest dishwasher. It is a 45cm one, so it cannot fit many pots together if you also have plates. The noise doesn't bother you and you can sleep at night if it is in the next room. The quality is average, after 1 year the letters on the buttons start to fade. If you don't overload it, it washes everything perfectly and it's worth it for 300 euros. If you use tablets instead of liquid, you need to adjust the settings for better efficiency. The drying could be better.

  Replaced a 17-year-old Miele washing machine. I was torn between fixing the old one or buying a reputable one at a reasonable price. The catalyst for this purchase was my wife, who was pressuring me (and I completely understand her because washing dishes is a big hassle). We ended up choosing this Whirlpool due to its reviews and low price compared to others.
  I should also mention that my evaluation will be objective in terms of value for money, and I am not comparing it to the Miele because the difference is chaotic...!!!
  On the positive side,
  It is European and manufactured in Poland.
  It washes dishes well, which is the most important thing.
  Satisfactory assembly quality.
  The sealant check for the rubber gaskets is quite good.
  It has a fully stainless steel tub and floor (not plastic).
  It dries dishes well and generally functions satisfactorily.
  It comes with user and installation instructions, although they are not detailed. I would recommend scanning the barcode on the left side of the door and checking the details on the website.
  Now, onto the negatives,
  Disappointing build material quality...
  The peripheral sheet metal is flimsy.
  There is no sound insulation... When the water is sprayed, the sprayers sound like the ceilings have been punctured and it's raining inside the house!! (And I'm not exaggerating)
  Like many dishwashers, the ventilation (fan) for drying is located on the left side, and when it operates, all the moisture remains in the cabinets.
  What I suggest you do if your hands are handy,
  Buy insulation. I used aluminum-clad rockwool (1.20x1.20 cm), which costs €10. Remove the side covers and cut them to the exact dimensions. Place the rockwool insulation on the inner side of the covers with the aluminum facing outwards. Do the same for the front and top of the dishwasher. It is important to leave a passage for steam to escape on the upper side where the ventilation is located. Instead of rockwool, you can also use compressed batting, which can be found at furniture or mattress stores. This solved the sound insulation problem for me.
  Now, for pots and various large utensils, don't forget that it is a 45cm model... They only fit if you adjust the baskets in height or wash them individually.
  In conclusion,
  If you can't afford to spend more money, it's good... even with the disadvantages that I and other users mentioned. If you have an extra €100, there are many better models available.
  In the end, I repaired the Miele myself (damaged wiring in the door and replaced the door's gasket) and we will keep it as a backup.

  The washing machine is awesome. It cleans and dries very well, even heavily soiled dishes, using approximately every 2 days on the 30-minute cycle. We only rinse dishes with sauces that become stone-like with a little water. You hear some noise from the water and the pump, but it doesn't bother me (about the same noise as the Bosch and Miele I had). I also adjusted the brightness and salt consumption based on the water analysis that was available.

  UPDATE:
  After about 6 months of use, it developed rust in the water inlet on the stainless steel, not on the bottom but on the wall. It is definitely not due to salt or incorrect use, as the authorized technician who came to see it said. Whirlpool says it is due to salt, conflicting with the technician.

  After days of phone calls and emails, they told me they will replace it. However, if I had agreed on the first phone call and didn't make a fuss, nothing would have happened. I would have just had to buy another washing machine. 1 star for the experience with the service, 5 stars for the functionality and cleaning of the washing machine.

  Almost 1 month of use and it's great. I didn't expect the results to be so clear. I have experimented with putting in some dirtier items to see if it does the job and it still comes out clean. Generally, I rinse them quickly with water before putting them in to avoid burdening the dishwasher, and I have never used the intensive wash cycle. The delay start feature is very convenient for me because I have night-time electricity and I usually set it at night with a 2-hour delay before we go to sleep, and the noise (which it doesn't make) doesn't bother us. It's worth its price compared to how much others cost, which are over 100€ more. We load it every 2 days depending on what needs to be washed, and again, I emphasize how much it can fit.   One year of use for one person. I start it as soon as it's full, usually once a week. It doesn't clean the items well. At first, I thought I was doing something wrong, squeezing them too much, etc. In the end, after many more washes and putting the dishes less densely inside, the problem remains. The dishes are not particularly dirty, as I rinse them before putting them in the dishwasher. Attached are photos of "clean" dishes. Out of the 6 available programs, I use the eco and 6th sense. I am also not satisfied with the drying. It is non-existent. From the moment the program finishes and the bell rings, I open the door so that it doesn't stay closed with water inside, but it still takes 2-3 days to dry, considering that the door is not fully open because it is obstructed (in case I'm too lazy to wipe them, which I often am). A photo is attached. Additionally, the rails are not properly designed, resulting in the lower rack coming off the rail when I try to pull it out, and with the weight of the dishes, it is extremely difficult to put it back in place. A photo is attached. I do not recommend it at all, I am considering washing them by hand and just using the dishwasher for drying, because half of them don't come out clean anyway.

  I bought this dishwasher at the end of June, and it arrived faulty. In early August, I reported the damage. The damage was not obvious. It washed the dishes moderately once and not at all another time (it didn't even release the capsule or heat the water). An attempt was made to repair it after a month, telling me that it cannot be replaced even if it arrived damaged, and they offered me a one-year warranty extension. However, the dishwasher was not fixed. I have been waiting for over three months for the repair of a new appliance, from week to week.   Owner of Whirlpool dishwashers for 22 years in daily use. This is the third one in a row. The first one lasted 10 years... I didn't bother calling a repairman, it wasn't worth it... The second one lasted 12 years after I made small and big interventions personally, such as changing the drainage hose (it got punctured), changing parts with a patent and adapting baskets because they rusted in 5 years, it eventually stopped with an E4 message which means a thermostat or circuit board malfunction. Now with this one, I see many changes such as... it's quieter, different enamel quality of the baskets as well as a different color, smart management of program options (there's a program that detects how dirty the dishes are and acts accordingly, it has a delay timer, etc.). I should note that all three dishwashers were almost the same price.

  I have had it for 10 days now. I chose it based on the reviews in relation to its price. As soon as I did the first wash, it was silent at first, and I thought "perfect".. but then it started throwing water and we all got alarmed in the house!!! It sounded like the roof was gone and there was a storm.. a never-ending storm, by the way. I set it to 1.40, but it felt like an eternity.. mind you, it was empty!!!! ...then the compartments it has.. the glasses and cups don't stack satisfactorily. The compartment for the cutlery is for Chinese chopsticks.. they barely fit through the holes. And that stupid thing where you put the small cups on the top shelf;;;; it's laughable, with tears afterwards... what can I say.. is everything like this? I don't know because I had a bench before. Oh, and when you pull the bottom shelf to empty it, you need a second person to hold the door steady. It comes off the rails and it tests your patience until you put it back in... okay, most of these things will become a habit but... that's it.

  Two negatives: - it doesn't have space for large utensils (however, I wouldn't put them in anyway because they take up a lot of space and it's not worth it)

  Several spaces that serve 3 people who are at home. Completely silent to the point where I had to put my ear to see if it's working. It cleans the glasses and plates perfectly. I noticed in the first washes that it left some marks from the detergent, so I adjusted it to 2 because it was set to 4, which is the maximum. I also adjusted the salt to 2 because in Athens we don't have very hard water and afterwards it came out as if I had just bought them. For this price, it is better than other more expensive ones.

  I bought it a month ago, I have done 3 washes but in all of them it produces foam underneath. I called the company and a technician came and told me that the tablet is to blame (which is the one they give as a gift inside the washing machine)! That it produces too much foam and such. I have 4 other washing machines with the same tablet and they don't have this issue...
