  5€, 10-year warranty, PWM, you get all the value from your 5€. For a budget build, this is the fan you will choose if you don't care about RGB LED. If you have more money and you are very concerned about noise (I'm not saying that this one makes a lot of noise), it's good to look into Noctua, but these are the best in this price range.

  I bought 3 for case fans! They are the best value for money fans on the market, with performance that rivals Noctua fans. Pay attention to the naming of Arctic:
  - PWM: Pulse Width Modulation, meaning it is a 4-pin fan with fan curve control.
  - PST: It is a sharing technology from Arctic where you can chain one fan with another. Theoretically, with a consumption of 0.08A, one could chain 12 fans. The ones in this review are NOT PST.
  - CO: Fans with a double "grille" for Continues Operations. The ones in this review are NOT CO.
  In terms of noise, I would say they are excellent except for around 1000-1300 rpm where they have a strange humming noise. Ideally, they are silent at idle speeds below 1000 rpm, while they achieve peak CFM/noise at around 1500 rpm.
  Lastly, it's worth mentioning the 10-year warranty provided by Arctic. That's where you can understand their reliability!
