After research, I concluded that this company is considered reliable. If I didn't already have a vacuum cleaner and steam cleaner, I would choose the same company's 2-in-1 vacuum steam cleaner. It seems to have a sturdy construction, a long cord, and the steam pressure is superb. It needs some pauses of a few seconds, like all steam cleaners, which is understandable and doesn't bother me because it heats up quickly again. To open it, it needs to cool down first, so you can remove all the steam quickly, like a pressure cooker. But the water quantity is enough to do a lot of work.
I don't know if it does a good job on grout, I don't have a particular problem with it.
It seems to do a good job on the floors, as I tried it a little on the floor since the house I rent is old and I won't bother whitening the grout, it would take ages. Bathroom, kitchen, windows, freshening up beds, sofas, excellent curtains, radiators, toys, etc., it's all good. It reaches difficult points and corners.
It's a bit heavy.
Overall, I am satisfied. I bought it as a gift for my mother-in-law.

I had high expectations for this steam cleaner, but my experience is so-so.

- Many accessories

Cons:
- The good steam pressure doesn't last as long as I would like
- Poor construction on some of the accessories
- The squeegee doesn't attach to the hose, but rather to the body
- The squeegee is not uniform on the flexible part, so it doesn't effectively clean the glass
- MOST IMPORTANTLY, the hose comes off when the steam pressure increases. As a construction, it doesn't securely lock, it just sits on the body.

Conclusion:
- It may have been a defective batch, I don't know.
- If you want to buy it for the accessories, based on my experience, I would say it's not worth it if you specifically need the hose, but it's great if you want to directly attach the accessories to the body.
- The steam is good, with good flow and intensity. For example, I cleaned windows that hadn't been cleaned in 3-4 years using a simple squeegee from the supermarket and a microfiber cloth, and the job was done quickly and easily.
- However, the steam intensity decreases at regular intervals. It's not a big deal for small tasks, just wait half a minute for it to regain momentum, but if you need it for extensive work, it will slow you down.
- It didn't perform very well on tough stains (on stainless steel), the vinegar worked better.
- It was amazing on tough grease in the kitchen.
- It worked well on other surfaces.
- It worked fine on joints, but I believe the brush will wear out quickly. Fortunately, there are replacement parts available in the market.

I give it 3 stars because for the 60 euros I paid, I expected all the accessories included in the package to work, otherwise I would have bought something cheaper.

[UPDATE]: Turns out the hose does attach to the steam cleaner, but it's not obvious and requires attention. There is no audible click, and it's not easily felt when handling the attachment. I advise you to pay close attention to the process. Because I unfairly criticized the product in my initial review, I am upgrading it to 4 stars.
