The dehumidifier works great. I have 60% humidity and when I turn on the dehumidifier, it quickly reaches 50% in less than an hour, making the house feel warm instead of cold. Once it reaches 37%, the house is in the best and warmest atmosphere, and I can even be in short sleeves in my 40sqm living room. As for the noise, it is exactly as stated, 34db, and you have the option to put it on the slow speed where you can sleep comfortably. I don't know the efficiency of a compressor due to its low consumption, but the result with this one is that it achieves it in a short amount of time
After 2 months, it started making a noise as if it was touching something on the fan. Of course, it had a warranty. Also, the touch screen sometimes works, sometimes not. Overall, I am not satisfied
I have it for 3 days but I'm doing a fast review because it is available in a well-known chain at a relatively good price of €229. At €200 it would be a top deal, just like the Toyotomi.
Nice design, good construction, and very lightweight. I chose zeolite because the house has low temperatures (<15°) and the compressor dehumidifier I had was not sufficient.
Pros
- Good dehumidification performance. In a closed room of 15 sqm, it does a very quick job and dries clothes in 4-5 hours on a winter day. The smaller the space, the better and faster the results.
- 5 modes: Auto, low, high, Eco, Drying. It explains them exactly in the manual.
- It emits a measured warm air that increases the temperature in the room by +1° to 1.5°, which partially justifies the higher power consumption. Obviously, the device alone will not warm you up, but it significantly improves the atmosphere, especially in small spaces like the bathroom.
- It is barely audible on the low setting. Personally, I can sleep without being bothered. It makes noise on the high setting.
- The water tank is well-made. It requires a little force to remove and has a rubber for drainage.
- The louvers have 3 movement positions. The bearing makes a little more noise on the low setting, but it's not something annoying.
- The filter is very easy to remove for cleaning.
- It has an ionizer.
- The screen has brightness levels and can be completely turned off.
- Timer from 1 to 12 hours.
Cons
- On the first day, the zeolite has a slight smell. After that, it is almost imperceptible, a smell like heating cream. It doesn't bother me.
- Measured with Gosund SP1, it consumes 470W (low) and 730W (high). It is higher compared to compressor dehumidifiers. I attach an image with a consumption of 38.95kw over 6 days. On January 13th, when it was running almost all day, it consumed 9.38kw.
The critical question is, if it consumes about 180-200kw over a period of 30 days, is the device worth it? Personally, I would say it is worth it because it reduces the consumption of heating electricity. As it gets warmer, I won't use this one as much as the Inventor with the compressor. I have it connected to Gosund and now I have programmed it to take advantage of the off-peak electricity tariff.
I have it for a month. It collects enough water, leaves a pleasant smell, with or without the ionizer. It also emits a little warmth, which is good now for the winter. Clothes inside the house are dry in a few hours

Lightweight, efficient, quiet for the night. Choosing the low setting along with the ionizer is just what you need for humid, rainy nights.
Fifth time with the previous model, excellent machine. It does not constantly burn the watts it states, I have measured it with a socket that has an indicator. Only when it needs to dehumidify does it work by heating the zeolite and also leaves a nice warmth in the room. Highly recommended.
I have it for 2 weeks, it works continuously 24 hours a day, it does a very good job on the first floor, it is silent and BE CAREFUL with the buttons, they are touch-sensitive, you don't press them, you just touch them for a few seconds. Very good choice. As for the power, the damn thing burns 600 watts!
I have it for the second day, in 4 hours of operation it dropped from 79% humidity to 60%.
Quiet at low so far. In the high setting, the noise is reasonable...supposedly it does the job, it can't be completely silent, it doesn't sound like a hairdryer for us to complain.
My question and fear is HOW MUCH ELECTRICITY DOES IT CONSUME???? Can someone who has been using it during this period and received the last electricity bill tell me if it was inflated? Or how many kilowatts did it burn?
It is based on zeolite technology, a material that absorbs moisture and expels it through heating. It does not have a compressor or refrigerant fluids like traditional dehumidifiers. For this reason, it has the advantage of being lightweight, less bulky, and theoretically less likely to be damaged (but this remains to be proven...). On the other hand, you could say that it is two-in-one, a dehumidifier and a space heater since it emits warm air, with the corresponding energy consumption. Overall, it does a good job in a large apartment with poor insulation, and it can remove more than 4 liters of water per day if you place it under a clothes rack, the clothes will dry in 1-2 hours. It has two settings, on the low setting it produces noise similar to an air conditioner on the lowest speed. It can be heard but it is not bothersome. On the high setting, the noise is quite intense, almost like an extractor fan, you can't sleep with that level of noise. Its functionality could have been slightly better for a branded device of 2020. The main thing someone should know before choosing it is that it produces warm air and consumes electricity accordingly. It may be convenient for some people because they will have both gentle heating and dehumidification at the same time. Personally, I consider it a good choice and consciously went for a zeolite dehumidifier. But it may not be suitable for others. Consider this parameter and evaluate if it suits you.
Hello and from me... Now I have some free time, without any particular problem. Okay, the noise is relative and I can't say that I have an issue, nor that there is a problem. Very convenient that due to its construction and operation, the air comes out 1-2 degrees warmer and in the long run, it leaves a nice feeling in the space in terms of temperature. You can live without heating in times when under other conditions you would definitely turn something on. However, it has a huge disadvantage. It burns your guts and liver from electricity that really, even if you turn on the air conditioner 1000 times, heat up the space, which also dehumidifies at the same time. I'm talking about when the electricity bill came, I had 4 strokes, 3 heart attacks, and 2 embolisms at the same time. Okay, I may have overdone it then, but it wasn't even a nuclear reactor. This year, I don't see myself using it. I'll give it to someone who can tolerate it... :D
I bought it and after about 2 months it started making a noise like it was hitting something, especially when it was running on low speed. I sent it to an authorized service center with the warranty and they told me that it didn't make any noise and that there was nothing wrong with it... I took it home and after a week it started making the same noise again, but this time it would suddenly stop working... thankfully, now I use it as an obstacle to prevent my puppy from chewing on cables.
I urgently wanted a zeolite dehumidifier for my 60sqm apartment. The store I went to only had this one, and it was even a display piece. I bought it reluctantly, influenced by the reviews I read here. I immediately put it into operation. After 3 days and with 6-8 hours of daily use, the humidity, as I perceived it in the air, dropped dramatically and the temperature of the apartment increased by 1 degree (ceteris paribus). I did not expect to be so satisfied with this particular dehumidifier, having read the negative reviews. I should note that I have 3 (!) other zeolite dehumidifiers, the same model but from a different company, which I consider top-notch, but during these 3 trial days, I did not have them in operation. Specifically:
1- The touch buttons usually respond with the first attempt (if not with the first, definitely with the second, if it doesn't respond with the first attempt, I hold it down for up to 2 seconds and it always responds).
2- It is considerably quieter than the other 3 dehumidifiers I have.
3- The air it emits is slightly less warm than my other dehumidifiers, but the moisture collection is the same, judging by the water it collects.
4- It contributes less to the increase in room temperature compared to my other dehumidifiers, but keep in mind that it is a dehumidifier and not a heater.
5- The zeolite hardly has any odor.
Conclusion: * * * * * (for now)
Amazing machine!!! It collects the humidity from the room very quickly!!! You can enter and not feel cold in the 2 bedrooms of the house!!! It also emits warmth and together with the radiator, it's fantastic!!! I should have made this purchase much earlier!!! The machine is perfect and not made of cheap plastic like others!! Bravo to Delonghi!!! If it had a 6th star, I would give it!!!
It may burn more than other dehumidifiers (without zeolite), but it can also heat a small room relatively easily, so it pays off in the winter (and it's also quieter). The touch buttons just need some attention, I have 3 of the same, one of them broke because a friend pressed the button with force (but it was quickly repaired by the dealership). Overall satisfied.
I have it for 1 month, it's an awesome machine, you just can't adjust the desired humidity you want to have in your space. It doesn't have wifi, but I don't need it anyway. Besides, I don't mind getting up to turn it off. It dries clothes perfectly, I use it in a 75 sqm house. Now, as for the consumption issue, it remains to be seen, as with zeolite it resists 695 watts, which is the same as a 9,000 BTU inverter air conditioner
I have had it for 2 years and it works perfectly. In the first house I lived in, which had a lot of humidity due to its proximity to the sea, it worked quite well and you could feel the difference with or without using the dehumidifier...
Many pros (+) are that it has Zeolite and in my case, it increases the overall room temperature by 1-1.5 degrees.
I have had it for a year now and it has already had 3 malfunctions, with its total operating time not even reaching 30 days. From the beginning, its buttons are very difficult to press and the control panel often does not respond. It does not perform well, as it takes almost a whole day to lower the humidity level to 60% in a 25 square meter space on the highest setting. Very poor choice in terms of quality, I could have bought a much better device for less money, one of the worst purchases I have ever made.
After 1 year of operation, it started to make a helicopter-like noise. From what I can see, many users have the same problem. Until it started doing that, I had no issues, but I cannot recommend its purchase to anyone.
Very good. It operates as a fan heater in a small space, with the warm air it produces while it's working. Excellent. The zeolite it contains smells for a day or two as I was told, and then it's gone. The noise level is very low, almost silent.

Well, it's time for me to evaluate the dehumidifier. I've had it for two days and here's what I found:
I have an inverter with a compressor, which is supposed to be for 150 square meters with the lowest intensity at 39 db.
The inverter makes incredible noise and is generally exhausting, unlike the Delonghi, which is quiet at low intensity and you really don't notice it in the room.
Regarding the buttons, they are touch-sensitive, so you have to touch the button with your finger and wait for it to receive the command. They are not pressure buttons; your finger must remain on the button, lightly touching its surface, until it receives the command, which happens relatively quickly.
As for its appearance, it is a beautiful machine that you can easily move around with the handle.
Regarding the smell, I have been using it for 24 hours and indeed, when I started it, it smelled very strong. But after 24 hours, the smell has decreased by 95%, and at the moment, the smell of zeolite is exactly like when you open a yogurt cup. I believe that after one or two more days of use, the smell will completely disappear.
I used it to dry a blanket that I washed in the washing machine, and it was dry within 6 hours. I would say it has impressive performance.
If it continues to function well, I will buy another one for my house.

Attention:
The purchase should be based on your square footage, meaning the square footage of the room should correspond exactly to the square footage covered by the dehumidifier because it does not have humidity adjustment. As a result, if you have purchased a dehumidifier for larger square footage, it will dry out the atmosphere
It performs well, but its buttons are touch-sensitive and don't always respond! I changed it twice and still had the same problem, so I gave up on it!
First day shortly after purchase.. we plugged it in, turned it on, and as soon as it started working - besides the fact that it didn't seem silent at all - it made a noise in the motor. After a minute of operation, it displayed a sign of a problem and immediately turned off. It never turned on again.
It is a bit expensive but worth its money...very lightweight construction, so I can easily move it around the rooms, and the most important thing is that due to its technology, it emits warm air and does not affect the temperature of my rooms...I had a very expensive high-performance dehumidifier before and it made my rooms cold...this one is equally efficient with more advantages (warm air, lightweight)...I highly recommend it!
Stay away from this dehumidifier. I bought 3 Delonghi dehumidifiers with a few days apart. One for use in my home (where there is a noticeable humidity problem) and two more as gifts for relatives. I didn't know what trouble I was getting into... The dehumidifiers didn't work for more than two weeks (all 3 of them together) and during operation, they made a sudden noise (like the fan blade hitting something) and the operation would stop, displaying the characteristic icon (an exclamation mark inside a triangle) which the Delonghi manual refers you to contact the dealership. Contacting them, they referred me to their specialized partner. After returning the first dehumidifier, as it was under warranty, I expected a replacement or repair relatively quickly. To cut a long story short, the dehumidifier remained in the hands of the affiliated store for over a month, and their phone number, which I have saved in my contacts, is on my frequent calls list!! Within this month, I have also returned the second dehumidifier, as it was a gift, and I had to deal with the warranties and repairs myself... So, they call me (for the umpteenth time) from the local store and tell me that the first dehumidifier is ready for pickup (after 1 month +) following a successful motor replacement. (I laugh) I go, pick it up, and put it into operation. It didn't work for more than 2 hours. Desperation. I return it again, and the store tells me that they don't know what's happening since they had sent it to the company and that's why it took so long. But my problem remains. Humidity... At this moment, as I am writing this comment, the two dehumidifiers have been returned to the company, and I learn that the third one has the same problem... Unfortunately, stay away from Delonghi. I have chosen this manufacturer for other household appliances (coffee makers, vacuum cleaners, etc.), but when it came to solving my problem, the treatment was unacceptable. Among other things, the touch screen they have for indications and operation options is a joke. The power on/off button is at least unusable, and you feel lucky if it works on the first try. Unacceptable
The first year it worked perfectly fine. This year, as soon as I turned it on, it displayed the signal with the triangle. I took it back to where I bought it and since the service was delayed, they replaced it with another identical one. The new one makes a lot of noise. It can be heard even at night, especially when I have it in a closed room.
I bought it on 25/01/20 and after 2 days the triangle with the exclamation mark lit up... the next day I turned it on and it worked for 8 hours and then showed an error again. I returned it! It should be noted that it quickly reduced humidity and increased the room temperature from 16 to 19 degrees in about an hour and a half! Also, on the official Delonghi website, it states that its efficiency is 7.5lt/24hrs instead of 20lt/24hrs.
I bought this dehumidifier in 02/2019 and on the second day of purchase it presented a defect. I returned it to the store and got a replacement. Unfortunately, I made the same purchase again. After 4 months of continuous operation, it had another defect. This is where the communication with the official service starts, unfortunately. Spare parts are not available in Greece, so you have to wait for even the simplest part to come from Italy. "At least 15 days of patience and then we can talk again" was their response. If you want to save your money, avoid DELONGHI
I have had the dehumidifier for two months. First of all, I don't believe it removes as many liters per day as it claims. Personally, when I had it on for 24 hours, I emptied it twice and once it filled up again. Of course, this is relative and depends on the humidity of each house. Now I don't use it for many hours a day, I turn it on for two to four hours at night to bring the house to a nice humidity level so we can sleep peacefully. Its huge advantage is that it has a heater and emits warm air, so in very small houses, heating may not be necessary (I think, I'm not sure), it creates a nice warm atmosphere. After contacting Delonghi, they told me that no matter what mode you put it on, it burns the same wattage. I hope they knew what they were talking about because I put it on the lowest setting as it made less noise, almost inaudible. In general, it is not completely silent. For example, if you have it in the bedroom on normal mode, you can hear it. Personally, it bothers me, but others may not mind. It works perfectly for drying clothes. Overall, I believe it is very good, although I haven't bought a dehumidifier before. I am satisfied. I wouldn't change it for another one. Of course, the negative aspect is that it consumes a lot of electricity, but from what I see, all dehumidifiers with zeolite do. I have also heard that some people say zeolite has a smell. As a material, it has the property of absorbing moisture and odors. So, once in a while, it's good to leave it outside on the balcony for about half an hour / 20 minutes to clean the zeolite. Overall, it is worth the money. It seems to be well-made in terms of quality. I haven't needed to contact customer service or use the warranty, so I don't know what happens if they are made in China or if they take responsibility for material defects. It doesn't have wheels, but it is relatively lightweight and has a handle for transportation (when empty). I hope this helps, I haven't written a product review before as far as I can remember.
You cannot adjust the desired humidity level to 50-55% like in the Inventor or Juro Pro.
In auto mode, it stops when the humidity level drops to 45%.
Nevertheless, it operates effectively
After exactly one month of continuous testing at my home in order to evaluate it, to place it in a country house with humidity, my conclusions are as follows: Good construction, lightweight, elegant with relatively quiet operation - although the perception of noise is always subjective - effective, but not suitable for a country house since on the one hand it does NOT PROVIDE the ability to adjust the desired humidity so that it shuts off on its own when it reaches it, on the other hand it does NOT HAVE its own FACTORY SETTING for this! You open it and it works until you close it yourself! That was the reason why I returned it... It continued to work even when the humidity level in the room where I had placed it and where it was working non-stop reached ... 36%! Finally, regarding the smell - similarly subjective perception as the noise - it is initially light and then disappears, without being unpleasant as long as it is noticeable.
