When I have a cough instead of taking it as a syrup I add the appropriate dosage to warm tea, not hot, instead of honey. It works perfectly, smells perfect, has a perfect taste, and also makes the tea wonderful.

The classic Bisolvon that I knew would cause me mild spasms-coughing shortly after consumption, and that's how all the phlegm would come out. In fact, I had learned to be careful not to take it before sleep because I would wake up from its effects.

In strong and persistent cough, it does absolutely nothing. For 3 days now, it's like I didn't take it at all.
I tried it on both of my children, aged 2 and 8, as well as on myself. Unfortunately, it had no effect. We were coughing regularly until we took another syrup that helped us. Also, it is very expensive. I bought it for 9.50€ and the quantity is very small considering that you give about 5ml to children and 10ml to adults. In total, it is only 180ml, so do the math.... I do not recommend it, get something cheaper and more effective.
I got it completely randomly from a neighborhood pharmacy that didn't have a wide range. I needed a syrup because I had a cough with phlegm. Guys, the cough stopped on the second day. I couldn't believe it! It did a good job for me! I deduct one star because of the sugar. But it brought results!

I don't know if it contains sugar as mentioned, this should definitely be stated in the ingredients and it's wrong if they didn't do it. What I do know is that it has a really amazing sweet, pleasant taste and texture, perhaps the most delicious syrup I have ever had. The good thing is that it states that it is suitable for both dry and wet cough. It is, of course, somewhat expensive as it costs 9 euros if you buy it from the neighborhood pharmacy.
Each dosing spoon 5ml contains approximately 4.1 grams of sugar which is not mentioned with the honey in the advertisements. Why is that? Are we serious?
