Although I already had a bad experience with communication and technical support from the company that sells them - with a Lavor pressure washer and some Kraft products - I have to say that the communication was excellent and immediate, but the response was that the spare part costs 49 euros, while the entire chainsaw is sold for 52 euros! I'm simply looking for other experiences now! Stay away from Bulle, my dear ones!
Unbelievable tool. I prune olives with it and it's perfect. It competes in cutting speed with electric power tools. Now, whether it is of good quality and withstands use, I don't know, time will tell.
