From the 1st week, the mechanism for lifting broke and as soon as you sit, you slowly start to fall. I asked for a replacement but they told me it's not possible! As for the quality, it's good on the seat and comfortable, I've had it for 4 years. I just settled and sit with 3 pillows underneath to adjust the height. These 4 years..
